thought i’d take a look in here and see how vomit were getting on in relation to not releasing things that get nuked within 20 minutes, and all i find is one comment on the job they did, the rest are whether or not the torrent link should have been posted or not.
to be honest i couldnt care less one way or the other, but to maintain site impartiality and consistency then i would have said, yeah post the link, you spent longer describing how crap it was than it would have taken to copy and paste the link in the first place

I would have probably downloaded this just for a few laughs. But after reading the X-File on this release, I knew the real hilarity and entertainment would be found in the comments section.

Yes, this group specializes in B-movies. So what? I think it’s great that while most groups jostle and compete to release edition after edition of the same hit or blockbuster titles, here’s a group that just quietly goes about providing some much needed variety to what’s available. There’s only so many “A List” movies produced each year. And if that’s all you’re interested in watching, then that’s fine. But some movie buffs like to take a chance once in a while on some low budget horror flick or straight-to-video trash because many times you discover a gem that surprisingly entertained you that you probably never would have heard about. And VoMiT has certainly released their share of better movies too. And yet while taking the same risks and putting forth the same effort as other, more respected groups, they get no respect for their efforts from pinheaded, self-appointed critics who (in the case of Mr. X) pour a relentless torrent of abuse upon anything bearing their name. The level of obsession this “editor” has shown with endlessly bashing this particular group would lead any rational person to believe that perhaps there’s some personal vendetta going on.
Darth Arcon is absolutely correct. I too, find this constant bashing of VoMiT to be extremely rude. If you can’t appreciate the expansion of choices they bring to the party then just don’t download them. Why someone goes out of their way to heap abuse on them at every opportunity is beyond me.

Go ahead and slam the movie, nothing wrong there, but why rag on VoMiT? I said it before: vomit posts the good, the bad, and the ugly for our consideration. The crap is pretty funny because it’s so folkin bad, but movies like True North and Brand Upon the Brain are actually worth watching.
