Zodiac 2007 720p HDTV x264-ESiR

Based on the actual case files of one of the most intriguing unsolved crimes in the nation’s history, “Zodiac” is a thriller from David Fincher, director of “Seven” and “Fight Club.” As a serial killer terrifies the San Francisco Bay Area and taunts police with his ciphers and letters, investigators in four jurisdictions search for the murderer. The case will become an obsession for four men as their lives and careers are built and destroyed by the endless trail of clues. We follow the investigators and reporters in this lightly fictionalized account of the true 1970’s case as they search for the murderer. Based on Robert Graysmith’s book, the movie’s focus is the lives and careers of the detectives and newspaper people.

    “well…its a really good movie.
    but these 158minutes are too much…”

    I agree, they could have done everything alot quicker. And it still would have been a long movie.

    The ending .. was ok but only ok. But you can´t change that, since it is based on actual events.

    Shit, I wish I could work out a way to burn these to play on a DiVX player..trawled the net and can’t find a simple way. I just know 700mb rips are going to look crap when I get a 42″ LCD lol!..

    If your dvd player plays Divx just burn the movie to a CD or DVD depending on how big the movie is and insert it in your dvd player. It should show up in a menu then push play. Thats how I do mine. I bought a dvd player that is especially for Divx.

    to #9, i got a sony 42″ LCD and use convertxtodvd for 700mb movies, the quality is actually really good used with that, i don’t use crap programs like cucusoft, they are usually full of pixels, so use that other program and you should be good.

  22. pink thing
    September 17th, 2007 | 21:21

    John..thanks, but as said..this isn’t DiVX.

    dej..thanks..seems a shame these HD rips are perfect size for a DVD but won’t play on a DiVX player..yet :-)

    yeah, i’d have to agree … stop posting this stuff in the main sections if it’s only available to a few via private or paid for trackers …. warez is supposed to be free

    Where is the torrent? I’m waiting! “(Soon)” means like 30min or something like that, but not hours of hours of waiting. It would be much more conveniant if the article would be posted just when the torrent’s availiable …

    That’s right… Where is the torrent ?! It hasn’t popped up anywhere

  31. lima
    September 18th, 2007 | 10:46

    Am I the only one who still needs fuck32 for file exchange between Windows, Mac and Linux? Why isn’t the 4gb file limit a scenerule?

  32. miscz
    September 18th, 2007 | 12:49

    lima:
    What about NTFS? There’s FUSE (http://fuse.sourceforge.net/) for both Linux and OSX making read/write access to NTFS pretty easy.

  33. randall
    September 18th, 2007 | 13:39

    lima,miscz:
    FUSE works but it’s pretty slow. With third party tools you could use ext2 on Windows and Mac OS X. You can read Mac OS X’ HFS+ with Linux easily and there are also (free) tools for reading HFS+ on Windows, like HFSExplorer (http://hem.bredband.net/catacombae/hfsx.html) and another one whose name I’m unaware of atm, just use google and wikipedia to find out more. But I agree, It’s very annoying to share big files over different plattforms, due to the lack of a common useable filesystem. FAT32 really is no option for HD stuff. Good luck!

  34. zastarovje
    September 18th, 2007 | 20:05

    This is getting ridiculous, it’s been over 24h already.

  35. Robert
    September 18th, 2007 | 21:45

    Why are you still using FAT32?? That is your problem with the 4GB files.

    And with HD videos becoming more common, you’ll be seeing more and more HD videos larger than 4GB.

  36. HighPitchEric
    September 18th, 2007 | 21:48

    How could they leave it open ended like that! The thing that sucks about this movie is that they don’t catch the murderer by the end of the movie. Don’t read the previous sentence if you haven’t seen the movie yet.

  37. Alfred
    September 18th, 2007 | 23:46

    @Robert

    If you must know, many people can not afford to upgrade their O/S every few years and may need to stick with FAT32 for their file system. Just because technology moves forward doesn’t mean everyone can also move forward, some need to stay where we are.

    Bram, where did you get your info that this release is available? You have not given any information about this actual release and its quality, you have only copied the film synopsis. You also have not updated the torrent availability.

    Does this release actually exist and can be obtained somewhere, or are you trying to pump up your name on rlslog by posting bogus release announcements?

    @goodtimes:
    it definetely exists, but not on a public tracker.

    @Alfred

    You’re telling me you’re incapable of earning the 200$ or whatever it is by now for WinXP or Vista over the span of a few years? Or how about free OS like one of the UNIX based OS… There’s no excuse for not using NTFS (or comparable file systems).

    The resolution doesn’t match the original aspect ratio. It’s a 16:9 resolution, but it should be a 21:9.
    Is this a case of bad cropping or is a part of the frame missing?
