You might see about getting a colostomy bag as well then.

Maybe get a feed tube as well, while you are at it.

not that i use it but i think the main idea behind this is that reading huge pages of text on a screen creates alot of stress on the eyes and is overall bad for your health, this program reduces the time you spend focusing on the screen which reduces the stress you place on your eyes……or people might actually be that lazy.

Having the computer read the text to you is a good way to proofread something you’ve typed. Spellcheckers can find typos and double words, but they can’t find missing words. When you hear the text read back to you, it often helps to locate mistakes.

Is there any programmes/softwares out there that let you change the voices when the text is being read back to you e.g. like having a robotic voice and so on.

If you can get your hands on AT&T voices there are a couple of decent programs out thre but other then that it will sound like a robot but not in a cool way.

    and try this

live Text to Speech is a Text-to-Speech software, which can read Text in any application, and convert text to speech, or convert text to MP3, WAV, OGG or VOX files. This text to speech lets you listen to the Text in Emails, web pages, news articles, PDF, Word or Excel Documents, etc. Just highlight the Text your want to hear, and then press Ctrl + C to hear it.

Alive Text to Speech enables you to convert Text to MP3, WAV, OGG, or VOX files with a single right click. It is very simple and easy to use. Just right click on files in the Windows Explorer, select “Convert to MP3″ (or WAV, OGG, and VOX) and convert them using your predefined settings.

Alive Text to Speech allows advanced users to finish conversions with Command Line. You can download more voices from the Internet. In addition, Alive Text to Speech Toolbar will be installed into Internet Explorer, with the this toolbar, you can read webpages, or convert webpages into MP3, WAV, OGG or VOX files.

You all suck. Several comments stating this warez is crap to convert text to speech. I have two facts here 1) All text-to-voice conversion sucks and 2) You all suck by making such comments and yet failing to name other apps that are somewhat LESS TERRIBLE. So you all suck.

This is pretty handy for making MP3 files for programs that CAN use sound such as FlashGet ‘Download Started’ and when its done ‘Download COmpleted’ just to keep track of your tasks.

Re: #21 above, there is an “AT&T Natural Voices”, which is a trademarked name. Other TTS products use different names.
