Zeitgeist The Movie STV DVDRip XviD-CULTXviD

I have been waiting some time for the scene quality release of this great film, namely because the site offers this video as a downloadable version in 1CD xvid format. CULTXVID is not a huge group with many releases everyday, but they do tend to try and release good films instead of crappy ones. Something to note, wikipedia is pretty biased (and censored) when it comes to films like these (example of discussion). The current wikia article can be found here. The film comes in 2CD format with a high bitrate and AC3 audio. When the rls reaches torrents or usenet I’ll update with the snaps and torrent link.

Zeitgeist The Movie is a film by Peter J. exploring the relationship between Christianity, the September 11 attacks and the Federal Reserve Bank. It was released in 2007 on Google Video and is available for free distribution. It is achieving notoriety very quickly, as of July 15th 2007 a specific google search shows 167,000 hits.

Divided into three parts, (Part I: “The Greatest Story Ever Told”, Part II: “All The World’s A Stage”, and Part III: “Don’t Mind The Men Behind The Curtain”), Zeitgeist is designed to prompt the audience into questioning their own beliefs on the subjects of US involvement in the 9/11 terrorist attacks, Christian theology, the Federal Reserve System, and the decreasing status of personal freedoms in the United States of America due to introductions of laws and organizations such as The Department of Homeland Security and the Patriot Act.

but since radical muslim extremists killed all of those people on 9/11, why would anyone even try to make a movie associating Christianity or the American banking system with those viscious attacks on the US?

this sounds like it is just propaganda put out by radical mulim extremists.

i watched this film with a very open mind but i must say much of the stuff in here is just pure lies. the opening section on christianity is full of such blatant “errors” that can easily be checked with a google search. there is a continuing discussion of it here http://www.unexplained-mysteries.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=98970

Oh, that it explains it all then, thanks. This is a US government propganda film. Those people are incredible, first they kill all of their own on 9/11 and now they try to put out a film explaining and manipulating it away!

They have no shame and all deserve to go like those ones did on 9/11.

Sorry about my comment Mr X., and please continue posting this American propaganda crap.

brilliant film. every american needs to watch this. we need to open our minds, and start standing up for ourselves; for each other. america is on the downfall, and it’s going fast. we should at least have an idea of what’s coming. our government is corrupt, and if you think they wouldn’t do something like this to it’s own people, think again. don’t put it past them. they’ll do whatever they can for complete control under their order. we’ve been taught to believe everything we see being broadcast over the TV screen – to take it and not ask questions. we’re lazy. we don’t do research anymore. we don’t ask questions. “PEOPLE SHOULD NOT FEAR THEIR GOVERNMENT, THE GOVERNMENT SHOULD FEAR IT’S PEOPLE.” we need to stick to that. whatever happened to america being governed by the people? it seems to be run by the corporations who have the money… disgusting. i am not proud to be american, not in this day in age.

StoneEagle and others that think parallel to him/her. I used to be a “christian”. I saw Zeitgeist and tend to believe it. I did some studying about the history of christianity before watching this movie and saw that this “religion” of the mass has its foundations on a strong pagan rites. Do you participate in Halloween or Christmas? Do you not know that we are not to speak or do any form of worship to the dead? Did you also not know that the people called out are “not to be like the heathen, who cut trees and fasten it so that it doesn’t lean and decorate it with silver and gold.”? (About christmas, Ref: Jer. 10 (verses 1-10 I believe). I tell you that “christianity” is a farce and a deception. As goes with the other “religions” who are lead by the Illuminati (which are now known as The Mason’s or Freemason’s). StoneEagle, you need to “wake up” quickly.

Well, this film is a load (albeit fun) of crap. The goofy interpatations and lies are insane. Things like this make Michael Moore, Bill O’Riley and even Ann Coulter’s theorys look like amazing wizdom. This is maddness!

But anything that gets people talking about the situation the US is in right now is great. Talk is what helps us all understand eachother. Great one Mr. X!

    @B513A

It seems like its too late. For those of you who don’t live in the US…last year in America, we had a an election that swept a different party into power into the Congress. I helped to put that party in there by voting for them because they promised our people they would win this war in Iraq and have our soldiers back home in 100 days.

But it turned out to be lies since, as you all know, the situation in Iraq is no different than before we voted them in. So this is why I say it is too late :(

These people (Mason’s) have mixed the truth with teachings of lies and treachery and have infiltrated the churches and synagouges(spelling?) to deceive the masses. These three are connected as they have NO affiliation to any nation but themselves: Religious Power= The Vatican, Military Power= United States of America (we are breeding nothing but cannon fodder) and The Eye of Horus= Is none other than the one who made herself The Queen of Heaven= The Queen of England. These 3 cities have no nationality or alliance with anyone but themselves: Vatican City, District of Columbia (anyone know about who Columbia is? Just another name for Lucifer), and The Inner City of London. We commoners are nothing but forced slaves for the rich. We struggle for things that we can not obtain (this is why we come to sites like this) and they use us to do their bidding (Iraq war, Darfur, and the coming Martial Law police state in America.) We all need to mentally “wake up” and fight against what they plan on doing to us. I suggest reading about The Georgia Guidestones. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Georgia_Guidestones

I am sorry for making such a long post. God(s) is NOT a name but a title.

At least you attempt to expand the minds of the (increasingly closed minded) people who frequent this site.

To all you who cry “conspiracy nut”.. is there not obvious evidence in the actions of the powerful that SCREAM that conspiracies are no longer an improbability but are actually a high probability? Just look at the lies you rold that you manage to find out about.. look at Enron.. that WAS a conspiracy, so it’s true that they DO exist.

No ones saying it’s ALWAYS the case, but you should at least look under the surface of information that’s fed to you on a daily basis, especially at motivations behind the important issues that dictate your future.

I’d rather believe every theory around than think that none exist.

#46 if what you say is true then i would assume that you would want a FULL AND ABSOLUTE disclosure of the evidence surrounding 9/11. The US Federal government has FAILED MISERABLY at this.

I am not some crackpot “wacko” (apparently what dissenting voices are called these days), but i have serious reservations about the “official story”. Obviously NOTHING that you ever read or watch should be deemed the sole truth, instead it should spark further questions and research.

When it comes down to it the “9/11 Commission” (more like “permission”) was a JOKE, terrible investigation. However if you actually read the 9/11 commission report you will find a lot of “cannot conclusively determine the cause of……” this is a MAJOR PROBLEM with people that seek the truth.

If you take a look at the entire events surrounding that day, there are LOADS of things that either dont make sense or need further verification that the government refuses to release. If you approach the event from a completely NEUTRAL stance and assume that everyone is a suspect until they clear themselves (a basic pillar of modern investigative technique), you will find that there are viable suspects outside of “muslim extremists”.

It is entirely possible that the “official explanation” is true but if it is then why wont the US Federal government give full disclosure of all documents that it has so that they can be independently verified, just like would need to be done by an investigator investigating an alibi ?

    Questions/proof that i personally request:
    - Pictures of Flight 77 hitting the Pentagon. I need to see any and all proof that Federal government has regarding this event.
    - Full report on the insider trading that took place on Sept 9 – 13, mainly on American Airlines and United Airlines stock. I need to see who placed those put options and exactly how much money was made on them.
    - Pictures of the wreckage of Flight 93, interestingly enough 0 bodies were recovered. I need to see the condition of the wreckage and ANY photographic evidence that the Federal government has in its possession.
    - All media and documents relating to any investigation of the events of September 11th 2001 that are currently in the possession of the Federal government.

Any works created and produced by the US Federal government are indeed property of every citizen of the United States. If the Federal government has nothing to hide then i would think that it would produce all evidence in its possession to clear it of any involvement. Why would it give its own story of events and then fully suppress all evidence that was collected ? This is not the behavior of an innocent party. An innocent party would fully cooperate with an investigation to help clear its name, as any evidence uncovered would only go to support its innocence; only a guilty (or complicitly guilty) party would need to cover up or with hold evidence.

I don’t care what anyones opinion of 9/11 is the fact is that there are LOTS of unanswered questions, and it is readily apparent that the Federal government sure doesn’t want to talk about it anymore….. hmmm convenient.

This reminds me of that South Park ep where the Gov pretends to have orchestrated the actual attacks so that people would think the gov was actually capable and intelligent enough to do it. Kathlene…
Sorry for your loss, but i disagree with you re.your “undisputed facts’angle….it is VERY open to dispute….!!

Eg.Are you familiar with WTC7..the 3rd, yet surprisingly unknown to most people, building to “fall” on 911 in NY???
no plane crashed into it, infact other buildings were closer to the TwinTowers than WTC7 yet they remained standing, whilst WTC7 just fell down…47 floors….google it, check the video….if thats not a controlled demolition then show me WHY it is not….
NO steel skyscraper has ever collapsed prior to 911,due to fire, the Official explination you may recall, and no building has fallen subsequently….yet 3 in one day on 911…!!Please!!Do some thinking guys!!

I could even point out to you that in your cousins honour you should be looking into this a little more than you clearly have…and if you have accepted your Gvnt’s lies then it is YOU who should be ashamed….not I…

heard of the Jersey Girls??4 women whose husbands were killed in the TwinTowers…
You may recall Dubbya saw no need for an investigation into the murder of nearly 3,000 people, but due to pressure by these 4 women ultimately the 911 Commission was set up…What was George hiding?
Why would he choose NOT to know what happened??

Once the Commission began, it ultimately became clear that the time allocated was insufficient..your Govt refused an extension, which is also very odd,but later backed down from its opposition to an extension of time for the commission due to public pressure…

Bush and Cheney did not testify before the panel -they refused. They were not under oath and there was to be no recording made of the session nor a stenographer in the room.
They refused “to answer Q’s seperately, demanding they have a joint interview….
    does this not smell fishy??
Why the insistence to NOT testify under oath..If you get caught shoplifting you WILL testify under oath.Surely, would a decidedly God-fearing man such as dubbya not welcome the opportunity, in light of the significance of the subject?

The above is a small sample from a very large FACTUAL body of evidence disproving the Official story…
As previous posts have mentioned…EDUCATE YOURSELF

there is plenty of footage out there of the 9/11 attacks, if you sync them up and run them at the same time you will find an unbelievable amount of inconsistencies. having worked with digital media for only a short time even i can see numerous flaws in the footage we have all been fed over the past few years.

bottom line is the US government has a policy of “only someone who has done wrong would refuse to answer questions”. then when they are asked for information… they refuse to answer.

i know when i’m being hustled.

At 43… You only need to look a little closer to realise that the government and mainstream media are entwined.

    http://www.prisonplanet.com/articles/february2007/280207timestamp.htm

The BBC still haven’t given an explanation as to how they knew in advance of the WTC7 collapse.

Can anyone give a reasonable explanation?

On a different note, I enjoyed this documentary/movie, but it seems that most people commenting here don’t even know the meaning of the word ‘zeitgeist’. The movie is a presentation of someone’s view on how the world is slowly moving towards a single government.

As for the religious section… we’ll probably never know who is telling the truth.

Alfred don’t try and make yourself out to be a constitutional guru because clearly you are not.

The 4th amendment is for citizens of the United States, not the federal government itself. We are talking about a government not a person so get that clear in your head first. “Guilty until proven innocent” is a judicial tenet, we are talking about an investigative tenet; nobody is at trial this isn’t a legal proceeding. Not to mention you are only “IUPG” in a criminal case, in civil cases (such as citizens trying to obtain monetary compensation due to its governments incompetence or direct action) it is indeed the exact opposite.

Records of the insider trading are NOT public record, why you would say something that ridiculous just shows how glaringly ignorant you are. I am quite sure that the FBI investigated what financial entities were involved in those trades and i find it enormously interesting that nothing was released regarding who/what people/entities were involved. Stock transactions are private financial data, only executive purchases/sales of THEIR OWN COMPANY are public record; and that was only recently put into effect by Sarbanes-Oxley.

As for flights 93 and 77, i don’t doubt that their passengers are dead or will never be seen again. I need to see pictures of the wreckage for other reasons; mainly to prove that they happened. If 0 bodies were recovered why would the government have any problems releasing pictures of some smoking rubble ? Why would the FBI send agents to confiscate any video evidence of cameras that had a vantage point of the Pentagon ? Why cant the federal government release 1 picture of flight 77 hitting the Pentagon ? Furthermore why would defend the government against proving its own story ? If your own mother was killed i am sure that you would want to know the truth, as do many other Americans.

Supporting the government who has absolutely NO RIGHT to with hold documentation is indeed dubious. Why the secrecy ? Why the stonewalling ? Why not just release all of the proof and shut everyone up ? That would be the easy thing to do, right ? That would be of course unless the evidence directly disagreed with your version of events……..

Once again i will break it down for you: CRIMINAL and CIVIL cases are handled MUCH differently. If you had any legal training you would readily understand this and you wouldn’t sound so ignorant.

You must do whatever is necessary to keep the ants in the farm!!! If the ants get smart and figure out how to get out of the farm they will stop working and spend all time getting smarter and trying to get out!! Thus shutting down your ant farms economy!! So say you wanted to keep an ant farm forever and you NEVER wanted the ants to EVER get out, So they all would keep working putting all energy back into the farm you would have to do a couple of things.
First keep all the ant population stupid and caught in a full day of work just to feed all the other ants. Second only give them enough information to work and eat and put their energy back into the SYSTEM.
And third………..If you need to shake the sh1t out of the ant farm once in a while, just to let’em know who’s BOSS, DO IT!!

Once again Alfred you are wrong. Obviously the SEC would investigate insider trading under normal instances. However if a major crime has taken place (such as attack on WTC) the FBI would investigate what financial assets traded hands.

As far as 93 and 77, i don’t think anyone disputes that the planes are now gone; thats not really the point the point is: what happened to them and to that end MANY people question exactly what happened to them.

The coroner that was brought on site to the “flight 93 crash site” said himself that there were no bodies, nor any signs of bodies; which is EXTREMELY RARE in a plane crash. And many of the first responders to that field said that it did not look like a plane crash site at all.

I don’t propose to know what happened Alfred because quite simply i don’t have the evidence. That is what i would like to see the Federal government assist in, public release of their evidence so that it may be examined by independent parties.

Also you always seem to tip toe around my question. Why do you so vehemently oppose the Federal government releasing the evidence that it has gathered ? Lets hear what is on the flight recorders. I don’t want to hear “nothing is important on them” i want to hear them for myself to make that determination. I don’t want to hear “flight 77 hit the Pentagon” i want to see a picture (or video) of it and make my own determination.

The government has a story, good fine lets see the evidence to prove it. As a matter of fact all of the evidence that the Federal government has released has been largely circumstantial. Most Americans find it very easy to believe that 19 Muslim extremists attacked the United States, but the real truth is that basically no hard evidence has been put forward to support that claim.

LOL Alfred #72 i don’t have a theory, nor am i advocating one. I am simply advocating the release of the evidence that the Federal government has so that a more accurate picture can be painted by INDEPENDENT investigators.

I guess i am a “wacko” and a psychopath for questioning a story that on its face doesn’t make sense to me and i am requesting further information to corroborate it, yep just a regular “wacko” i guess.

The bottome line is that an investigation was done, the 9/11 commission report was released, as is the case with most investigations the government undertakes. The Warren Commission released a report about Kennedy’s murder, and groups formed to question it. The Tower Commission Report was released about Iran-Contra and groups formed to question it. Kenneth Starr released his Whitewater report, and groups formed to question it.

You’re always going to have these groups that think the government is hiding something, and they think they have the “secret, inside evidence” that will blow the story open.

What it turns out to be is people with an agenda, whether it is the opposing political party, groups looking to profit from it, or simply those looking for their “15 minutes of fame.”

The only people who try and debunk Zeitgeist are fundamentalist religious people who only have the bible to back up their claims that Zeitgeist is lies, and they usually only comment on part one because that is the only part they watched on youtube, and most probably didn’t even watch all of part one. Many religious scholars will be quoted to debunk Zeitgeist, but none of it sticks, the explanation put forth in part one of Zeitgeist makes so much sense it is staggering. The religions are TERRIFIED of this film, as well as another film, called Ring Of Power:Empire Of The City(5 hours long, but worth it) because the truth about religions roots has been brought to light and their days of living in gold palaces and molesting children are coming to an end.

As to 9/11, many of the hijackers are alive and well, instantly proving that the official story is a lie, but if that’s not enough, NORAD stood down for over an hour, which also is PROOF that the gov’t was behind it, and lets not forget the molten metal that burned for HOW MANY WEEKS after the towers fell? That’s evidence of Thermate/Thermite. More proof. And of course, no plane in Pennsylvania, no plane at Pentagon, that one “hijackers” passport magically surviving the impact and landing in perfect condition in the street where US gestapo agents were able to find it.

As to the federal reserve/central banks issue, YOU ARE OWNED BY THE QUEEN OF ENGLAND, THE ROTHSCHILD FAMILY, AND THE REST OF THE COMITTEE OF 300; THEY OWN THE DEVELOPED WORLD’S CURRENCIES AND LOAN THEM TO THE COUNTRIES AT INTEREST, WHICH IS WRONG ON SO MANY LEVELS, AND WILL ONE DAY OWN THEM ALL. Yeah Alfred #77 i have an agenda its called: being an American Citizen and wanting to make sure my government is playing by the rules, and being transparent.

The 9/11 commission was a f*cking joke. When a commission is convened and they say things that fly in the face of science such as “The Pancake theory” for the collapse of the towers (later proved to be obviously impossible), or they say things like “….. cannot conclusively determine the cause for the collapse of building 7.”, them ummm yeah i have some problems with that and i am going to take issue.

Also interesting that you mention Kennedy assassination which, guess what? HAS A LOT OF UNANSWERED QUESTIONS. You also mention Iran-Contra, which HELLO proved that a dishonest administration (also Republican in this case) will sell its soul (and therefore the soul of the American people) to achieve an end.

If Iran-Contra is any indication, then yeah i am gonna call bullschiesse on most anything the Federal government puts forward; ESPECIALLY the Republican party as they are well known war profiteers.

    911Commission??
My, what short memory you have Alfie!!

Bush and co initially refused a Commission..point blank!!WHY??
Why did they not want to get to the bottom??

Families of the deceased(google Jersey Girls or watch 911 press for truth..very interesting flick)pressured publicly…But the administration initially opposed the creation of the commission. The White House relented amid pressure from 9/11 family members and it later backed down from its opposition to an extension of time for the commission….
Bush and Cheney did not testify before the panel — they were not under oath and there was to be no recording made of the session nor a stenographer in the room….WHY???

You say (alfie)”You’re always going to have these groups that think the government is hiding something, and they think they have the “secret, inside evidence” that will blow the story open.

I specifically mentioned the report on Whitewater, that let President Clinton walk, to see if you would mention any holes or questions in that report.

No, you jumped right on the 9/11 Commission report and the Iran-Contra report. Both meant to damage Republican administrations.

Come straight out and say that its not that you have an issue with the US government and its transparency and all that other nonsense…you have a problem with the Republican party, and you are just here to bash Bush. You have a liberal agenda that you want people to hear, you are angry about the Iraq war, you think Bush and Cheney are making money off the war, it was all just for oil, yada, yada, yada.

So you are also anti-Bush and want to spew the same rhetoric as jdizzle1337.

It is shameful that people can’t seperate their politics from September 11th. For a short time after the attacks, we were a country of non-partisan Americans. Even the queen of evil herself, Hillary, was singing the national anthem on the steps of Congress, right before she sided with her president and voted to go to war with Iraq.

Of course, now that she is trying to win an election, its back to politics as usual, and she forgets her actions from back then. :(

No one is Bush bashing?? Hello… The question you posed, “Bush and Cheney did not testify before the panel — they were not under oath and there was to be no recording made of the session nor a stenographer in the room….WHY???” is Bush bashing.

The commission accepted those terms and heard the testimony. What more is there to ask? You don’t seem to be coming at this from the viewpoint of a citizen of a country that was just attacked and needed to show a unified front to the rest of the world. Instead, you come at this from a viewpoint of your own “attack the repuliKans” attitude and that poisons the entire conversation.

Simple “right-wing” question on the 9/11 Commission report:

Why doesn’t the report focus on the poor policy decisions of the previous administration and his lack of preparing the country for the attacks on September 11th, a date on which President Bush had been president for less than nine months?

You have to admit that Clinton had eight years to get Bin Laden and failed. :)

  88. Alfred
    October 22nd, 2007 | 06:48

    @surfer

and one last thing, you say “Am i anti bush??OW YEAH!!And you should be too M8…hes put your countries foreign policy backwards 20 years….and upset a lot of people inbetween…but enough squabbling”

You need to understand that the rest of the world always views the US differently than the citizens of the US. We did re-elect President Bush in 2004, so the country knew what they were doing. As far as our foreign policy is concerned…what is best for the US usually is not best for Europe, Asia and middle east.

As the middle east seems to be the area of most events, I’ll use that as an example. This whole war about oil issue. Our country is very large, very mechanized and we use huge amounts of fuel here everyday. Europeans may be used to paying $5-9/gallon for gasoline, but the American economy would suffer greatly with pricing like that. It affects every person in the country, so when President Bush determines that a war to protect cheap oil is vital to our country, you can understand what he means.

So you may think our foreign policy seems crazy from your viewpoint, but consider it from the point of view of someone in charge of the American economy.

The US has only 5% of the world population, but yet the US accounts for over 30% of the world’s economy. And yet China, as you like to point out, has over 20% of the world population, and accounts for a measly 5% of the world’s economy. I’d say the US is putting that oil to pretty good use.

Since you haven’t volunteered what country you are from, I’d just like to add that I don’t have any problem admitting that I am a proud American and respect our standing amongst the countries of the world. I hear people mention how we abuse our position as a superpower, and comment how barbaric we treat our people regarding social benefits.

Yet the US is the first place everyone comes running to when their country is attacked, their governments are overthrown, natural disasters threaten their well being, their people are persecuted, etc…

So take a look at the productivity of the US again, and you’ll see that we are putting that oil to good use.

(I took my figures from here:

Your use of the word “neocon” to describe me was interesting. I looked up the actual definition of it and found this:

“According to Irving Kristol, the founder and “god-father” of Neoconservatism, there are three basic pillars of Neoconservatism: a low tax, pro-growth and less risk-averse approach to economics; a less libertarian approach to domestic affairs than some other conservatives; and an idealist, expansive foreign policy.”

Certainly not bad tenets to try and base an idealogy on. I don’t understand why you would say you hate them though.

Conservative thinkers, those who tend to believe that the “old ways” are the best, that god created the world a few thousand years ago, etc. have recently been shown to have different brains to left wing brains.

Scientists re-affirm the obvious fact that right wingers *REALLY* find it very hard to accept new ideas. http://www.latimes.com/news/science/la-sci-politics10sep10,0,5982337.story

It may boil down to self preservation of the ego: If all your ancestors, customs, traditions and rulers have told you christ is the one true god, 9/11 was a straightforward terrorist attack, we live in a “free” world, dominated by freewill and Heinlan’s Razor, etc…

THEN evidence comes along suggesting that some of your beliefs could be invalid.

YOur survival instinct kicks in to protect your brains from new ideas.

We can’t have the whole house of cards coming down can we???

“expansive foreign policy” is code for Occupation of Sovereign States in contravention of UN Mandates…not bad tenets??Really??I would argue to the contrary…..invading sovereign States is what Hitler did….can you see the parallels??

As for your delusion that you respect your countries standing in the World….What world are you referring too?….You sure dont have much standing in the World I live M8!!
You say you dont understand why the majority of the World hates the policies??
Give that point some thought tonight\tomorrow as you lie in the bath….and please dont believe everything your govt tells you as we all know Govts lie big time….
i’m from Oz incidentally…one of your Coalition of the Willing crowd(sadly)…
Care to offer a reason why your leader refused to testify under oath at the 911 Comm….you seem to be skirting around that one….uncomfortable with it perhaps??

“”I am not some crackpot “wacko” … but i have serious reservations about the “official story”.”"

Then have them. Have reservations about the 9/11 commission. However you can do this without recommending people read websites and watch movies that contain blatant, obvious lies that nobody can credibly defend.

The question becomes why don’t you have more reservations about the “alternate story”. The one that varies between claiming no planes hit buildings, real planes with bombs on them, the WTC fell from the bottom, the hijackers are still alive, etc etc etc.

Can you imagine what the 9/11 commission report would have to say to lie this blatantly? Perhaps it would have to say that there were only 3 planes. And this is the horse you back. LOL.

Why did they not want to get to the bottom??”

Which Bush would this be? The one who had been warned that al Qaeda was planning to attack the US before they did, failed to prevent it and 3000 American civialians died on US soil as a result?

Yeah let’s all wonder why he wasn’t keen on that being investigated and blame getting pinned. What’s next, are you going to ask why Bush has lied about things as though this isn’t part of the job description for politicians, just like cover up of failures is?

And yet it’s the 9/11 Truth movement and supporters like yourself who for 6 years have been baffled, just baffled by such concepts as plane vs not, alive hijackers vs not, WTC collapse from top vs bottom, plane debris in photos vs none.

It’s generous to even refer to these as “comprehension problems” given that they involve nothing more advanced than looking at something and acknowledging what is there. 6 years and counting. Yeah tell us who else has problems comprehending evidence. LOL.

And what pathetic sorry arse bunch of smacktards you are. Even by conspiracy theorist standards you are fantastically lame.

You don’t find JFK conspiracy theorists claiming someone planted explosives in JFKs head to blow it up for an unspecified reason that wouldn’t have changed what happened when he got shot (hello controlled demolition fans).

Never. Not once in 45 years do we see something this ridiculous. Yet this is a core, common, inwaivering belief of your conspiracy theory.

Do you never stop to wonder why you never see such lame and pointless claims as your own floated in regard to other conspiracy theories?
It’s because those people, paranoid and distrustful as they are, have at least *some* self respect, intellectual integrity and common sense.

Character traits you and your fantasy fan club are totally devoid of. Seriously, you’re like a bunch of nerds who watched the X-files 10 years ago and are still pretending it was reality tv. The word “lame” really doesn’t do you justice.

Well I donno how they could have flown into the buildings in those planes, especially the second impact on WTC with such precision, I mean a plane is not a car those of you that ever flew or are a little more aware than the rest of the people. Its a Boeing 767, and you cant just control it like an F 16 with precision to I donno what, and lets face it those Saudis and Egyptians or whoever they were were training on Cessnas and you absolutely cannot come off a Cessna and start flying B767 and turn around in it and fly it so precisely into a building.

I mean Atta was turning to the side when he hit the WTC tower, and a person who flew knows that a plane of that size cannot be flown so professionally by someone who just learned how to fly.

Just a comment to those that really think that theory that those hijackers learned how to fly a Cessna and then controlled the planes with such precision. People should do just a little more research.

I don’t even know how the political lines are drawn in Australia, and certainly wouldn’t concern myself so much with trying to demonize a political group that I couldn’t even vote for or against.

    alfred…
Yes, we will have to agree to disagree on this one….
Sadly, my hatred stems from the US foreign policy which i happen to disagree with…
How the Republikan Party chooses to conduct its policies internally(excluding issues of Human Rights)is of NO concern of mine…but when its External Policies have such huge ramifications upon others I think it only human to feel resentment and anger…
I think you misinterpreted my comments earlier re. Clinton…I am No Democrat either, obviously, nor have I defended his Policies …but nomatter what your sentiments are for Clinton and what he did regarding his Foreign Policies, nothing conpares to Bush’s.
I believe the US had alterior motives when it invaded Iraq, and the subsequent and continued suffering inflicted upon its people is a disgrace and a black mark that I believe will be remembered in History.
I have no issues with Americans,on the contrary, but its Bullyboy approach to the rest of us leaves a lot to be desired.
As for your suggestion that you couldnt be concerned trying to demonize a party you couldnt even vote for is your decision…but I really dont believe you have some moral high ground that i should use to decide what i should do…

The US govt even disagrees with you….they love demonising political groups that they couldnt even vote for or against….thats the problem here,do as I say not as i do…

I cant vote for or against the Burmese Junta either, but I can have an opinion on their brutal methods,as you surely do too…see what i mean??

I’ve already seen this months before. Old news.

Interesting documentary. Very ‘persuasive’ but sadly misconstrued. Esp the Christian/Pagan comparison, which has been around for centuries. One of the big things is that:

#1 Christians don’t actually believe that Christ was born on December 25th, but decided to celebrate it that day. That alone proves the doco’s material is dubious, poorly researched, and extremely unreliable. The author’s clearly manipulating data to contrive arguments and evidence.

#2 It is only the success of the Roman Catholic Church to fuse pagan practices and Roman culture together with Christian doctrine and theology that gives the “extra baggage” to Christianity even though there a few things the Catholic Church correctly intepreted, like the Nicene Creed.

#3 The documentary isn’t taking into account the fact that the mystery religions (like Horus, Osiris-Dionysus) were (more) grounded in Plato’s worldview while the Gospels and Paul are rooted in the Old Testament, so despite the “astonishing similarities” between Greek/Egyptian stories and the Jesus of the Gospels, every single word means something completely different.

#4 The dilemma of the 911 conspiracy: the doco definitely proved that USA, military and corporations, among other conspirators, are capable of global conspiracy by emphasizing that other forces other than the Al-queda terrorists, are behind everything, yet failing to consider that a more realistic, less exciting alternative maybe the zeolot Muslim fundamentalists.

I haven’t watched it yet, because I hate movies that persuade you into thinking whatever they wish by using “facts” and meaningless statistics. As far as I’m concerned, anything that we know historically is as much fiction as it is fact.

Even if conspiracy theorists are right, they are still wrong. If I do watch this movie it will be purely for entertainment value. It’s really amazing when you sit back and realize how convincing people can be when they mold their argument to fit the exact point they want to put across.

    Hmmmmmmm
    a) This isn’t a “political” forum.
    b) Most of us (I hope) are both educated and old enough to make up our own minds over issues like this. It’s not like these kind of films (or any or the “Michael Moore-esqe” genre) are going to give us an epiphany and we’ll all become corporation-hating, tie-dye T-shirt wearing hippies overnight.
    c) This site is not the place to discuss the content of the movie. I certainly don’t care who likes, dislikes, agrees with or disagrees with and moreover could not care less about your own views on the subject. I will watch the movie and make up my own free and educated mind based on the information provided both here (in the movie) and from other sources for AND against any points raised in the movie.
    d) To base your entire political standpoint on the strength of one or two movies is completely and utterly ridiculous (although it saddens me to know that there are many people who do).
    e) The best place to download this from, is the homepage of the creators. The torrent is extremely fast :)

    peace all ;)
