I use keepvid.com and then convert at zamzar.com. quick and easy. no d/l of progs and risking getting a virus. its all web based. also, I use mailinator.com for zamzar cuz they require an email address to send u the converted file. hope this helps.

The one in the first comment has the application twice.

This one shrunk the size by half when the duplicate one was removed.
