The image viewer has an Explorer-like browser that allows quick and simple browsing of directory contents. XnView supports red eye correction, crops and transforms JPEG images losslessly, generates HTML pages and contact sheets, and provides batch conversion and batch renaming. Slide shows with transitions effects, screen capturing, WIA & TWAIN support (scanner & digital cameras), image comparison, file operations.

    I’ve used the linux version of this app in the past, it’s light and really good for batch editing EXIF/IPTC data. Thumbs up :)

    @17
    InfraRecorder is not perfect, not if you want to use the UDF format. It does not support that at all (at least not yet).

    As for XnView, it’s awesome because of the price… but if money is no object… ACDSee is a lot faster (even though it’s gotten a bit bloated in later versions).

    Since this is free for home use, only real use this release would have is for commercial use… so basically scene provides releases for commercial use?

    With this I can see a thumbnail image on the file context menu, among other things. Like Picaview in the old days.

    I’ve made a mirror and added a Serial.txt file because some Anti-Virus like AVG detects keygen.exe as a virus. If your anti-virus goes crazy and not allow you to access the keygen, you’ll still be able to register using the serial in the txt file.

    I agree with #9, I prefer Faststone Image Viewer. Got all features I need, is fast and lightweight, is free and looks better than XnView.

    Been using this for ages since ACDSee became total bloatware! What extras do you get for registering? I have been using free version, not had any nag screens or anything?

    It’s 2008 and we still have applications without unicode support. Unbelievable. Otherwise it’s a great application.

    @17 or Scraggy : InfraRecorder is indeed not the best software. I actually never managed to get it working. It never succeded with the burn and i always ended up with errors. I made a post on the forum but never found why i had that problem but i was not alone.
    I use Ashampoo burning studio which is quite good.
    Any way thanks for the tips m8,
