If you got a keygen with the size of 338.465 Bytes, more than 300 kBytes, then you can be sure, that you will get a nice little "Doctor Spyware" trojan-downloader. There's someone out there who links this bastard to the keygens and spreads them around. Run it in Sandboxie or Altiris-SVS and you will end with a small trojan your TEMP-directory !
If you're smart enough, then you can put up a VMWare-machine and grab the de-linked keygen out of your TEMP-directory.
