Comodo Firewall logged it going out on port 1170 to port 80 and port 1041 to port 80 to report home.

Yep! Installed it with Blizzards key and disabled all updating but low and behold – one week later the registration/activation is void! Some sort of process that phones home. No Bueno.

It logs lots of info about your PC.
This is from the agreement during installation:
