NoTV released Fox’s Fringe by creator and executive producer J.J. Abrams (Lost & Alias). There was a DVDSCR release in June (here). In the new sci-fi FOX drama, a research scientist named Peter Bishop and FBI agent Olivia Warren team up to investigate paranormal activity. They seek help from Bishop’s father, Walter, a brilliant (but possibly insane) scientist who is being held in a mental institution. Fringe explores mysteries of the paranormal as well as the relationships between the characters, and is steeped in mythology.

Pilot
Special Agent Olivia Dunham is called in to investigate when Flight 627 lands when everyone on board are found dead. Olivia discovers the one man who can help her has been institutionalized for twenty years.

    I saw the opening minutes of this show and was like “awesome, zombies on a plane” After expecting Samuel Jackson to pop out of nowhere to fight some zombies, the plane landed and everyone was dead. I was quite disappointed

    I’ve never downloaded from Megashares yet, and they tell me I have a maximum download limit of 250 mb. Now how can download the whole file then, if they allow only a part of it to download. They recommend FlashGet (I’ve never used that before, and is thinking of d/l’ing it) as a download manager. And Megaupload says, I can resume d/l’ing with that. Is that true?
    Dudes, can anybody help me out in this situation? How do I download the thingy? Saw the episode on Fox and got hooked to it. Can please somebody tell me the process from downloading larger than allowed files from MEgashares? I’d really appreciate it. Thanks.
    Oh also, anybody has recos for download managers? The one which works good with pretty much all these services? Thanks up ahead for any help.

    @58. So their German was bad? Reminds me of what happened in Die Hard 1.

    I loved the first episode anyway. I don’t think Fringe will be as good as The 4400 but will see.

    While watching this ep my nerves started to get on me.
    I was about to start nagging “Is this serious stuff???”

    “Am I still watching a tv series that claims it has smthng to do with X-files & LOST???”

    “Can I categorize this series, staring a crazed from love special agent that tries to repair the skin damage of her special agent lover, with something like X-Files & LOST???”

    “Are they focking serious???”

    “How this blondie manages to get everything she wants although she is at blades with her superior on this case”

    But at this certain moment the plot starts to thicken, Interesting elements are thrown in the mix. A massive experiments company that is stronger than the goverment – an enigmatic middle aged employee with a cyber arm implant – the chief starts to speak about crazy cases around the world – the research scientist becomes very interested in helping, his father is far more interesting and enigmatic +++ a crazy plot twist at the end & a cool cliffhanger.

    All that made me rethink about nagging and rejecting it as a series.

    The series has potential, although it borrows stuff from other famous serials of the genre. We have to see where the writers will take it & how they will try to make it out.
