Omg i feel sorry for the women who bought this DVD.

It’s plain bull****. The guy keeps telling you to buy other DVD’s of his serie. You won’t learn anything form this vid apart how to get killed or raped …

The people in this video have no skills whatsoever. My grandma on crack would beat the hell out of them with only one hand …

Plus this guy has never been ON a swat team. He was only drawing maps and tactical diagrams on his computer for the actual tactical team. But he claims to be a former “SWAT officer” …

Why does he need to be in full SWAT tactical gear and carry an assault rifle in order to teach self-defense to women ???

Stay away from this if you are genuinely interested in self-defense.

This is worst selfdefence “clip” I have ever seen I just feel pity the ones who have bought it. People who need selfdefence, look the courses of krav maga or muayi thai. Even they dont guarantee best selfdefence mechanics but they surely make you fit and more aware what to do when somebody attacks.

Women shouldn’t watch this because RBSD in almost every case is actually negative. False sense of security yet weirdly enough paranoia inducing and often worse than your instincts = bad idea. However I haven’t personally watched this one…it could be an exception that proves the rule?
Ladies do yourself a favour and try some BJJ or even boxing (or mauy thai or kickboxing) if you’re game. Might end up with a couple of marks along the way but will help if you’re actually worried about defending yourself (if you are to begin with that’s when the RBSD paranoia really takes it’s toll)
