    Nice, great program, looks like a sweet upgrade from previous versions. Specifically this part of the update notes from the product website…

    -Added new WM Converter (3.0) included in the WM Recorder install package. Adds more conversion capabilities (for example H.264). Creates DVD ready files (ISO). The ISO file can be a single VOB file or VOB playlist including multiple video files.

    i see that the ads are still a fun part of visiting this site… sucks that you have to get add ons or do anything at all above and beyond a normal web browser to visit sites like this… its one thing if idiots are clicking through sites that you would expect some guerilla popup/under windows opening up to irritate you…

    i cant speak as to what this will or will not do

    HOWEVER… to those asking about cam shows, youtube, etc…

    'Replay Video Cature' …. it was posted here not too long ago and i used it to beat the elfyourself.com scheme to get you to buy the custom flash video to keep during the holidays… neither firefox nor the safari ways to get the video content worked… it only downloaded the video with default elves NOT the faces you upload to it… tricky

    so i can tell you that you can use RVC to draw a box ANYWHERE on your screen or just select an entire frame's content to record in high quality… the crack offered on the recent post here allows you to record longer than the 2 minutes that the trial/demo/free whatever version lets you do…

    i took pics from my friend, his wife, and baby and made some elf dance video that they used as e-xmas cards or whatever and it did NOT cost me the $5.95 per video as jib jab wanted….

    so i know that it will allow you to beat the creative way they distribute content on custom jibjab videos — if it can do that … it will record all the youtube…cam shows… you can record your browsing… or making a nice drawing in paint or something… endless possibilities as you can literally record ANYTHING you can see on your screen…sound and all…and choose EXACTLY what part of the screen you want to record …. i.e. not selecting some advertisement at the bottom of a video or a watermark or something for example

    i just thought i would share that because i benefited from that post back in december… or so…

    im sure this app is splendid though… never used it

    i just checked my copy and its still working fine you just click enter without entering any registration code and it says thank you for registering and you have full capability

    you can record in mpeg2 or wmv i think… and choose bitrate qualities… and you could use xilisofts video converter from tpb or something if you wanted it in another format like mp4 or avi … it does everything… including the h264 in the mkv containers to whatever you can possibly need to convert to… fyi

    OH, GREAT… NOW WHEREVER YOU CLICK, YOU GET A FREAKING AD.

    CUT DOWN ON SOME ADS, IT'S GETTING A BIT TOO MUCH, I'M SURE YOU CAN WATCH TV ON A 21" SCREEN LIKE MYSELF.

    This site is great, don't get me wrong, I love the site and frequent it each day… And I don't mind the ads being on the top and bottom of the pages, but the appreaing ads and the new pop-up is too far. Holy F, put them on the left of right of the screen rather than popping in your face, it's just another thing I DON'T look at and get P1$$3D off at.

    This is why I now frequent your competitor's site even more now. Scene Source is what this site USED to be: no ads, and pure blogging. I would love to write on a Scene site, and do it for free too. I don't blame the bloggers to leave, it must have been annoying to close pop-ups in order to write a post and view it. And then to learn someone's making money for putting up those nuisances? BOO.

    I'll pay fifty dollars to you for posting this as an ad each day this month. Think about it… An extra $500 every ten days.

    WM Recorder has supported RTMP flash for a while now, but up to the previous version, it couldn't record some sources like Comedy Central's Daily Show or the Colbert Report from their own sites (e.g. http://www.thedailyshow.com) and I've always hated how their own vids have always had their volume mastering not loud enough (playback of .flvs in MPC with normalize enabled, for example, could solve that) :/. Has anyone tried to see if this new one can grab 'em?

    To those who complain about ads I use firefox and have Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 and there is not ONE ad on my screen NO popus, NO banner ads, NO ads at all.

    @35 and @34 all you need to do is patch the .exe file or over write with new .exe file (depends on the crack you downloaded) THEN you have to enter the serial number that is listed in the NFO file. It’s a 2 step process. Hope this helps.
