A third new cam of this weekend is a release of an awfully rated comedy Witless Protection from group CAMERA. Starring Larry the Cable Guy in the main role, this movie has a dirty-low 1.7 points at IMDB and critics hate it even more. The low quality of this cam is even more obvious because it was nuked for being interlaced. This is a release only for total time wasters…
The story centers on a small-town sheriff who witnesses what he believes is a kidnapping and rushes to rescue a woman. The kidnappers turn out to be FBI agents assigned to protect her and deliver her to a big Enron-type corruption trial in Chicago but are later found to be on the take and are villains who are bent on killing her.

Dudes c’mon, its a movie starring Larry the Cable Guy. Of course its not gonna win oscars, This is meant for people who like Larry’s comedy, which I do. So dont think of it as “Oh, this sucks cause of the IMDB, you gotta think of it as “I like Larry the Cable Guy, so this should be funny!”

You know, I just found out like 3 days ago that the entire Larry persona is fake! I guess I’m out of the loop but I always thought he really did act/talk like that. On IMDB they have links to his old acts when he was clean shaven and talks like a f@g yuppie. I couldnt believe he keeps that persona even off stage. Weird.

I recently watched the roast of Jeff Foxworthy. Larry the idiot, err, I mean cable guy was on it. He is NOT funny. GIT ER DONE is not funny. He is the worst redneck I have ever seen. His jokes fall flatter than Gwen Stefani’s boobs.
How this jagoff gets in so much stuff is beyond me. What a moron. This is one guy who’s career needs to end. NOW.

Since scene grps pre whatever they cna get first, they don’t care if its a good movie or not. Since this site bases its articles on whats released in the scene crappy movies may be posted as well…
yeah i know what the site does but i’m saying it *shouldnt* do that – the guys running it should choose what to post better.
you’re not entirely right anyway, if you were and they posted eveything released then we’d have hundreds of posts a day wouldnt we – so theres definitely some kind of thought going into what gets posted and what doesnt, it just seems like the standards of what makes the cut are getting lower and lower lately, ( like they added a new guy and all he posted was his god-awful music tastes – i suppose he was at least using his brain to decide what to post instead of choosing randomly)
i personally thought the point of a site like this was all the crap got weeded out by the posters, if i wanna see everything all in one go i’ll go to a scene release site or a torrent site or something, not here.

Mark my words: just stay away from cams, or rls’s from Camera especially. Make that Prevail, Camera, ndn, jjxvid etc.

Larry the Cable Guy acts like a dumb redneck because he realized that dumb rednecks will spend their money to go see movies and comedy shows, performed by a dumb redneck, about being a dumb redneck.
Granted, I’m sure that a small percentage of his audience statistically must have a reading-comprehension level above the 6th grade, so if you’re that guy, then don’t get offended – just realize who you’re surrounded by.

When instead of seeing the name of the lead actor in the credits you see the name of his character, it’s a pretty good clue the movie is gonna rather worthless.
Can’t say I love all their movies, but Lionsgate’s publicity dept. sure comes up with some great poster art (remember the posters for “Good Luck Chuck”?).
