I must agree with #6, ioFTPd is the best scene worthy windows ftp deamon because you can have access to all of glftpd commands which mostly any real warez ftp server uses, top sites included. Not too easy to set up though for someone that had never tried it though but if you read help files it will be easy. Oh and it’s free, kinda.
