If you must run one locally do yourself a favour and just get ioftpd and a decent site script.

I must agree with #6, ioFTPd is the best scene worthy windows ftp deamon because you can have access to all of glftpd commands which mostly any real warez ftp server uses, top sites included. Not too easy to set up though for someone that had never tried it though but if you read help files it will be easy. Oh and it’s free, kinda.
My friend will enjoy this the 1st next month when i get my 100/100 Fiber, i’d get 200/200 but no use if my router is only 100/100.

OK to get the keygen working you have to copy it to installed dir and then open and generate
