Wow, I just found another application which doesn’t work on Vista. But come on, you can’t tell all the people going to buy it about such a “minor” issue. Anyway, at least Microsoft can afford to pay some people who are able to make a good ad…

To run vista normally you’ve to use a fast pc, when we look at Mac OS you can still run Tiger normally at a 500 MHz mac. Mac OS does have a lot look-a-like features in it. How come?

After such a long delay MS comes up with Vista and guess what they’ve got nothing original, just a lame copy many features from Mac OS. I started off with XP when I first bought a PC then later on after experiencing Suse Linux I’ve never gone back to that shitty XP. All those guys who really think Vista is WOW … give a try to some of the open-source Linux distros and your life will be fun again.

I happy with my OpenBSD as desktop .I don’t have problem with others operating systems , just simple chose what is best for what I like and prefer.

I Tunes Is Having Problems With The Compatiability With Vista
All these prats talking about linux and fag macs are full of crap you cant play hardly any games on either and most things you want to use on a computer dont work right on them or need special versions to work by this sumemr everything will work fine on vista just as on xp, im using vista right now, I download alot convert video play games use the internet like most people and so far everything I have wanted to do has been done just as good as on xp the 64bit vista is where 90% of the problem is but thats the case with windows xp 64bit aswell, also talknig about it needing ridicuoous comp specs is stupid my pc was built (by me) 2 years ago and runs it with full aero just as smoothly as xp and my graphics card is shit. DONT COMMENT UNLESS YOU HAVE USED IT 99% OF PEOPLE HAVING A GO ARE BASING OPINIONS ON REVIEWS AND OTHER PEOPLES COMMENTS NOT THEIR OWN EXPERIENCES!

The ad is well done, except for the “Every-so-often you experience something that makes you say Wow”. Every-so-often? Makes it sound so ordinary and mundane. Rarely would have been a much much better word to use….My three cents.

a lot of computer savvy people have to use microcrap’s os because most of the software they use runs on it and especially gamers. and no, $pple is NOT an alternative. it’s like jumping out of the fire and into the oven. why would you switch from a proprietary, closed DRM’d OS and then go to another closed, proprietary DRM’d OS (crapintosh)? tell me if that makes any sense.
if microfilth and faggple would die, consumers would benefit so damn much. linux is open and free and doesn’t dictate to users how to use it or what machines they can install it on. and the customizability is insane.
i’m waiting for the day when all DRM (on every device from cell phones to dvd players to consoles) will truly DIE. DRM is the absolute antithesis of consumer rights.
DRM’s only purpose is to prevent lawful uses of purchased media since copyright infringers (propoganda word: pirates) don’t have to deal with it.

I think that before talking about an os you guys you should have tested fitst. I have a degree in systems and I have worked with ms os and I do not thing their os is a wate of time. Think about Microsoft, it is not a cheap company at all. In the other hand you try to write and compile an os, would you?… NO.
However if you have experimented problems with xp try to find out or at least to understand where the problem is…
The question is, why the fuck are you Linux users caring about MS crap in the fucking first place?

Opinions will always be heard and shared, so share away no matter what your background is, but do us this one favor: try to be as constructive as possible while sharing information that HAS NOT BEEN SHARED YET in this forum. My son just bought Vista Ultimate Upgrade and after he installed it I’m thoroughly unimpressed with the whole OS…
Seriously, It really is just XP Media Center with a new Face… Sure it has some minor tweaks under the hood but overall it is the biggest lame excuse for an OS I’ve ever seen!
I installed Kubuntu about a week ago and I’m pretty sure that Vista will have me using Linux more than Windows in the future.
