Comments on: Windows 7 Loader v1.5.8 -Daz

Sorry for sounding dumb, but what is the procedure for using this (I could try and muck around, but I thought it better to ask you guys/ gals who have used it succesfully).

ie:

Do I “install Win 7 from the copy I got at Pirate bay, THEN install the loader and “run it” ?

There isn’t a “clear” set of instructions out there.

BTW: th e only verson I coul dfind “for free” is 1.6.6 will that work OK ?

I tried using this to activate my windows 7 ultimate 64-bit edition on my toshiba laptop – and it doesn’t work. I have my hard drive partioned and vista installed on one and i installed 7 on the other partition. but after using 7 loader and restarting – nothing works – i am told my bootmanager is compressed – i follow the instructions that come with the app and am able to uncompress bootmngr – but alas my windows remains unactivated – can anyone help me?

just used 1.5.9 on 7600 release of 90 day evaluation of windows7 enterprise. Went without a problem. Put my bios clock forward 5 months and still showed activated. Brought back to current time and ran updates without issue also. My machine is a own made system using various components. Hope this will help to some of you. great post btw.

How about the Windows 7 Enterprise 7600 RTM
90 day evaluation copy???I am testing it out now.
I plan on buying Windows 7 Pro,I am however not willing to buy it till I see how the security etc. holds up,I usually wait till the first service pack comes out before purchase.With Vista Sp2 it does not allow slipstreaming,so this really ticks me off.

I've installed this one and it works fine.
There's just one question, when i boot thers an OS selector, like when we have other OS in the machine.
I've tried put the witing time to zero but Win7 doesn't allow me. It needs to be at least 3 second. Is there any way to change this? Thanks

MS can't really block all the OEM SLP keys, theres just too many leaked by different vendors. It would get them in allot of trouble since people that actually bought the hardware with Windows pre-installed would be getting a very annoying "not genuine" message.

So basically itll most likely be the same situation as vista where theyll eventually release an update that cripples the crack but if you dont dl the update its all good.
