WinASO Registry Optimizer v3.0.6 Incl Keygen-ViRiLiTY

If you’ve ever tried to tune your computer up, you probably found many articles about optimising system registry. This is the place responsible for all your Windows functions and behaviour, and you can easily fix or also cause many problems by changing few values there. As we all know, Windows as an operation system usually slow downs rapidly after some time and makes their usage less and less comfortable.

That’s exactly because of registry issues – every installed application leaves few values there and it continues to slow down more and more. And that’s where registry clearners (or optimizers in this case) come into the place. I don’t have a good experience with all of them, so you should really decide whether to install such application or not, but this one from WinASO belongs to the better part of them. The new version 3.0.6 cracked by group Virility offers some new interesting features again and of course fixed previous bugs as well.

WinASO Registry Optimizer scans the Windows registry and finds incorrect or obsolete information in the registry. By fixing these obsolete information in Windows registry, your system will run faster and error free.
Version 3.0.6 supports Vista system. “Startup Manager” and “Uninstall Manager” have been added to its advanced tools. “Privacy Eraser” provides a new function of cleaning the commonly used applications including Firefox, MediaPlayer, RealOne, Acrobat Reader 8.0, WinZip 11.

By fixing these obsolete information in Windows registry, your system will run faster and error free. With a few easy steps, WinASO Registry Optimizer will scan your entire registry for any invalid entries and provide a list of the errors found. You can then choose to clean each item or automatically repair them all after making a backup. WinASO Registry Optimizer can restoring Internet Explorer setting, including IE Home Page, IE Window Title, etc.

Anyone uses this program ? Is it good ? I am using Tuneup Utilities now.

  2. March 6th, 2007 | 14:35

I just use CCleaner. Do registry cleaners even do anything? I mean, they remove dead keys, but does having a registry 15 bytes smaller really matter?

CCleaner for registry and disk space cleaning and then Diskeeper for defragging. Run those once a week and you should be golden.

99% of the payware “optimizers” are just crapware anyway.

I’d recommend PerfectDisk over Diskeeper. Better defrag in my opinion (and most experts opinion).

I like WinASO, it seems to find more crap to clean that CCleaner or RegistryMechanic and similar registry cleaners. Ive never had it bork my registry up like some programs have done.

For someone who keeps their computer running optimal having your registry cleaned and optimized doesnt really give any noticeable effects. However I ran this on my mothers computer and it found literally thousands of errors needed to be fixed. The computer is defintly more responsive now, especially during bootup.

OT, but nevertheless I would recommend O&O Defrag. It’s got a Defrag screensaver and that is by far the best and smartest feature I’ve ever seen in a defragger. My computer runs all the time, but works only some hours a day, the rest it has nothing to do and I would forget to defrag my disk, instead after 15 minutes the defragger starts and my partitions are at a partition rate below 3%.

Don’t know about all that registry optimization (or do it all tools in general), never detected any better results or faster boots. On the other hand, I reboot my system about once a week, I don’t care if it takes 2 or 3 minutes.

I’m the only one avoiding those “dummy” tools?
Imho, experienced users, who knows what they’re doing, don’t need those “cleaners”.

I read a review that jv16 Powertools (regsupreme pro) to be the best Registry cleaner, I have tried ‘em all and Powertools is good. With some others they have screwed up the registry, deleting needed info but with PT I never had a problem. If your not having problems then you don’t need registry cleaners, but if your having random reboots and operational problems, a reg cleaning may be in order. The all-in-one programs are decent, but a DEDICATED registry cleaning program is probably better.

theres a difference between a registry cleaner and optimiser

cleaning makes for less errors and optimisers make for faster menu speed and file browsing

I have actually tried to experience a performance boost after cleaning my registry, it was on a Win98 machine back in the days, but nevertheless my PC was faster on boot-up and faster in general.

if a faster boot up is what you want, get TuneXP or Microsoft Bootvis.

if you install and uninstall programs alot like game demos, drivers, reg cleaners can be a quick of fixing some quirky behavior from windows. like certain folders hanging along time to open, also fixes things like shortcuts that lead to nowhere,, windows is not smart and gets confused with shortcuts and settings that lead to nowhere because you uninstalled program. and nearly all programs leave settings and things behind.

if you have like a p3 and an xp install thats 4 years old a reg cleaner should make a noticeable difference. but otherwise its just part of running a tight windows setup.

Every other registry cleaner cleans up stuff you actually need or gets rid of important info or saved info even though it could be some log or backup file which is required. Thats what I just find. I personally used CCleaner and uninstalled Tuneup 2007. With Diskeeper’s auto defrag everything runs a charm =) CCleaner IMO doesn’t get rid of unneccesary files. Also I used Window Washer from time to time.

Registry Optimizer is different from CCleaner what. Unless Registry Optimizer doesn’t defrag the registry?

When I used Windows, I used to regularly clean up the registry and defrag on a regular basis.

Now that I use Linux and BSD…
What’s a registry? Defrag? Haven’t done that in months! Don’t even need to! :)
