    Wtf?

I know what you are thinking. However, this movie was an official selection in the 2006 Sundance Film Festival. On top of that, SAPHiRE is a fairly well-respected group.

Bollocks to the homophobes! In the tradition of, Hedwig & and Angry Inch, Velvet Goldmine and Breakfast on Pluto, this movie is amazing.

C’mon already with the gay stuff. Everytime Hollywood makes the lead character in a movie gay, all of the sudden the movie is amazing, and wonderful, and going to Sundance, and all that crap.

Stop ramming your gayness down my throat!

    1. It’s not a Hollywood movie it’s an indie movie.

    2. You don’t have to watch it so noone’s “forcing gayness down your throat.”

    3. If you don’t have something intelligent to say it’s best not to say anything at all.

‘Shortbus’ was a bit of an eye-opener, to say the least…

I’ll give this a go, because I love independent films.

Let me know if anyone can’t find this flick online. My buddies from Santa Cruz made it, and I’m sure they wouldn’t mind me sending out a few copies. In case anyone is wondering, the cinematographer Aaron Platt was up for a Independent Spirit Award against Pan’s Labyrinth for his work. Keep your eyes pealed for a second flick coming the next spring from the duo that made this one.

Hedwig & and Angry Inch was a great movie, but this isn’t. I watched this piece of crap untill the end, and I want my 80 minutes back!!!

Okay… I tried to watch this, but it was horrible. It’s pretentious, depressing and a bit voyeuristic. I turned it off after half an hour. A real stinker.

I thought it was sad. To be homosexual, in my opinion, is not always a choice…and for an adolescent, it must be hell. I got confused by the metaphors created in the acting ALOT…trying to research that. All in all, I thought it was a very good film.
