Welcome to Releaselog. I’ve decided to make a something new, and this project seemed to be the best option. This website should provide you information about new scene releases and other interesting stuff about computers. Main aim is to write about new release the fastest as we can, to get you informed better than Nforce or any other site. As some extra, we would like to provide you with links to torrents, so you can immediatelly download this new stuff. It may take few hours or even days to find a link to some torrent, but it will be much easier with your help. Use comments to post your opinions about some release, or post link to the torrent file. Additionally, we will be writing about important events in hardware, software or any other computer related business.
The idea of releaselog is nice, but implementation requires lot of work. And I can’t manage all this work on my own, so here’s small offer: we are looking for people, who would be able to write about new releases. The style of posts is kinda simple, as you could already recognize from these few spots. It will be more or less up to you, how will you summarize all informations and post them on the site, but it must be serious, brief and exact. We use Wordpress, so there’s nice WYSIWYG editor implemented, no HTML knowledge required. If you have access to some announce or pre-bot, check Nforce every hour or simple know when something “big” is released, we would be more than happy to welcome you in our team.
We are also looking for some designers, who would be able to make us some decent logo. Max width is 350px, height should be 60px. This website is just starting now, but I’m sure it will be visited by thousands of people pretty soon. If you would like to become our editor, or have some logo for us, contact me on rlslog-at-gmail.com or here on the site in comments.

Great great great idea. I wished there was something like that for the scene releases, so I was following them on the NewTorrents forum.

This looks like a great idea. I’m not sure it even needs to be linked to the torrents, Just make it like nforce and give details.
One suggestion i would like to make is that whoever writes pc game reviews can you put minimum spec details in because thats always a concern with people.
I still remember when the release nfos had some minor details about the pc required to play it.

Question: Will you be detailing the release groups nfos?
i.e Methods to install game and get it working (especially for clones)- NO SERIALS
p.s Once this site kicks off, which shouldnt take long, will you be looking at binarie sources aswell and/or private sites?

Awesome idea - if this really is by the same people as newtorrents.info then it will be a hit because they only put up A* sh!t and nothing else. Look on other sites and theres sooo much junk its hard to filter out the good stuff but here we only get what we want!!

what a great idea and what a cool site you have here. It has been my #1 site for the past week and i’m sure it will stay right on top!
You just found a way to help out guys like me -who want to find the proper stuff as soon as it is released- and also the guys who release that stuff -that want more people distributing it. As we say in Portugal, u kill two rabbits with just one shot!

Good work. I visit Regularly but why post an entry when no torrent exists!!! I would wait until there is a torrent and then post as otherwise all software can be put in as a torrent WILL exits sometime or other. Thanks
