A really crazy independent movie “We Are The Strange” has been released in a dvdrip by group JFKXVID. I’m pretty sure I won’t get it but if you like weird animations (check this odd trailer), it can be something for you…
Blue is a young girl navigating the streets of a terrifying, sinister fantasy world all alone. When she meets Emmm, a fellow lost soul, she joins him on a quest for some ice cream. Upon arriving, they realize the ice cream shop has been taken over by dark forces, and the whole city is teeming with evil. Bizarre monsters surround Blue and Emmm on all sides until Rain, a sadistic hero, arrives to rescue them and exterminate the source of the evil.

This is one of the better animation films I’ve seen, and it’s actually pretty good.
This isn’t really a film for everyone, so watch it only if you appreciate animations and such.

Looks like a nice movie .. but certainely nothing for “normal people” i especially like the sound … real nice elektro (gameboysound^^)
Judging from the trailer this movie looks like the people who made it were tripping balls throughout the entire production.
Sounds great, anyone know what style of animation is used (looks like a mixture) ?

The trailer was nice, with good music.
Haven’t seen the whole movie yet, so meh.
One of the songs in the trailer was a remix of an “Annie” track from her solo album. Check it out, it’s an awesome album.
Ah, was wondering when this was going to come out. Had the dvd for about 2 months now. But fantastic movie. Deff download if you’re into “strange” things. Although for the future, they should include the different audio-music tracks. A lot of them are actually better than the origial

Good Movie! Not for everyone but people who like strange little Japanese movies will get it.
compare to something like aeon flux, does the story make more sense or is it even worse?
Story makes little to no sense. I just watched because of all the fck’d monsters and sht.
Psychedelic drugs + crazy animated movies = a really good time for all.
Definitely going to check this out.

Another independent film maker that isn’t afraid of file sharing!And why should he be?It’s the equivalent of waiting to rent a movie or even wait for it to be on TV before deciding if it’s any good. And if so then people tend to buy a good quality DVD anyway.

Great animation… Every time i watch it, the movie seem different from the last time I watched it. Every time I kind of digg deeper into the movie. It´s simply a great unhollywoodish movie. mmmm^^
