They should really add on their next advice/rules chart (they called that TDX) for TDX 2K8 or 2K9 =
Quality instead of rushing for 1st uploader !
As some have already said, it’s XXIst century, they should know how to dvdrip…

i have the ultrason release.
but no matter what value i set in virtual dub,
it always skews the audio by the same amount.

i’m a long time user of virtual dub,
but never tried to use this functionality.

what am i doing wrong?

For all those guys who are thinking about the fact that how it will work I would like to state that Its works 100% and as does the kung fu panda fix. It also works absolutely fine on a standalone player so don’t worry and apply it straight away.

Just put the avi file in the same directory as the SYNCFiX and run the bat file. The file name should not have been changed before applying the fix.

I didn’t even download until the syncfix, and now that I have … what a waste of time and effort!

Sure, it’s in Sync now … but the quality is dreadful. DiAMOND (or another good group), please do a high quality 2-CD or someone get their hands on a 720p/1080p version. I mean, the Blu-Ray comes out the 11th as well!!

I might just have to wait to buy it, but I’d rather have an early copy then buy it at my leisure

about HLS syncfix (and all other scene syncfixes, or better word is “mostly”)

this is nothing more than nandub with some libraries than is needed for run, and script file (*.vcf file) that will be autoloaded in nandub and execute. In that *.bat file is just right cmd-promt command…

nandub is just heavily modified version of virtualdub, used by most scene members … as part of old habits from divx3 era…

for all with problems to properly sync ‘ultrason’ release:

if you guys preffer other utilities than virtualdub/nandub, just find way to delay audio for 210ms (not 2100ms !!!)…

if you look closely audio is ahead video for 1/5 sec.
(1000ms/5=200ms+10ms (more accurate) = 210ms )
1000ms = 1sec

-for larency release use hls syncfix….
This actually means that ‘ultrason’ tries to fix but make mistake for 1/5sec…

tip for all:
try next time “think-think-think’ method to solve problems insted of “click-click-click”

Got it. Drag the old I-walle file into the same folder as the unwrapped fix files, and run the Ms-Dos batch file. Thanks to whomever released the fix.

cant answer that for you cause i couoldn’t get it to work either

with Panda i had to rename to what prompts looking for and install a codec pack to have the right codec. but why bother—-by the time you download and try to fix it someone will take the time to do it right and you wont have to bother with all that stuff at all.

come one you releasers — please do it right?

Can someone please explain how to apply this fix to the Larceny released Wall-E rip? I’ve been fooling around with nandub that’s include in the file, but the directions I’ve found here, to skew the sound 2100, 210, and the negatives of both, don’t work.

couldn’t even get it to play

not with vlc or media player or nero show or anything

howabout the Counterfeit one instead someone?
it’s supposed to be near perfect

but i’ll probably wait til my emule iso
at least we know it’ll be proper

why not wait you release guys and do it right?

not slamming the releasers at all — it isn’t that we don’t appreciate all the work involved but you’re just making it more difficult having to get fixes or other versions to get one that works right.

I fixed the Ultrason release with avidemux. I’ve specified a shift of -2100ms and the sync got perfect. I assume Bugsy meant a 2100ms shift in the 10th comment too.
