Finally here you have Wall E for PC. Wall E is made by THQ & Disney/Pixar studio. This version is released by Reloaded. Like Bram has posted this game for Xbox here is a post now for PC. :D I think this is very good and funny game and if you are a fun of Disney stuff you should try it.

DESCRIPTION:
Players will take control of WALL-E and EVE through a fast-paced adventure based on the upcoming DisneyPixar film. The game will allow fans to relive some of the movie’s most thrilling moments as they explore 10 worlds filled with non-stop action and adventure, along with head-to-head multiplayer challenges. Players will recognize the storyline, characters and key locations from the WALL-E film as they carry out intense missions, dodge dangerous enemies and navigate their way through a futuristic world. In addition, the game will contain new storylines and environments that movie-goers will not see in theaters.

    Okay, first off, Disney has decided to cease making direct-to-DVD sequels (The Little Mermaid 3 will be the last one released). So, that criticism is outdated, now.

    And Disney has a TON of input into Pixar movies, on account of the fact that they OWN Pixar.

    you know fück. Disney only distribute Pixar films since they are the parent company but have NO INPUT on the look and feel or the story.

    that’s why it is so misleading when they say disney and Pixar for Pixar film and idiots like you start to think that a film like ratatouille is made by the same fággs who give the world fück like Aladdin.

    Is this a port from the last-gen (PS2), or from the current-gen (360/PS3) versions?

    this is a port from the film that’s in theaters next friday.

    people saying porting cause it’s the trendy word but all are produced independent. anyhow this aint no horse balls licking 12 year kids’ games paradise. they need no thinking and we’ll be dependent on them for well care? funny know don’t wanna think about that. today youth will pay our wages in 40 years. e.t. save us all!

    @49 You don’t think they’ve created an engine for every platform this game is released on, do you?

    They probably made just two engines: one for the PS2/PSP, and one for 360/PS3 (actually, I read that they’re using the PS3/360 engine for the Wii version as well - severely downgraded, of course).

    So now the question is, which of these engines did they use for the PC version? And that’s why I called it a port. It’s not a native PC game, they developed this clearly for the consoles, first and foremost.

    actually disney tried strong arming pixar after negotiations went south because of the arigent last disney c.e.o.(isner), he was replaced with new c.e.o. who after seeing disney 2-d animation hand out 100’s of pick slips took his first step foward and begged pixar with cart -blanc knowinw full well this was the only way disney was going to be(at least in name only)invlved in 21st century animation. pixar has complete control..period!. disney ever tries anything and it will be the episode in car wash movie where owner changes radio station and employees go into slow motion…..i personally think mickey mouse the rat that he is will screw up and pixar will be the disney and disney will be a six-flags…

    Wall-E with PS2 graphics is really sux =/ The same was Incredible Hulk, like sandy said it before.

    yeah , the demo of this game just came out , try it out.. I think imo Why they do ps2 ports to pc is cause of piracy.. They don’t want next gen gfx on pc so you have to buy the console version or pirate the console version.. Thats just my opinion….

    Yeah I totally agree with you. Was just thinking to myself the same thing. I own a 360 and 9/10 times would rather have the PC version than the console version of any game that comes out. I have a fast PC so graphics aren’t worse at all.

    It’s pretty obvious PS2 ports are coming to PC instead of 360/PS3 ones to deterr people from downloading the pirated versions for PC.

    One perfect example is Battlefield: Bad Company… i personally feel the sole reason it didn’t make PC was so it wasn’t pirated.

    IMO, the sole reason it didn’t make PC was because they’re a lazy bunch of a**holes. That’s just why. They’ve just got to work harder in order to make a real game that will be playable on pc, but as they’ve got the same chipset on a console, it makes the whole process easier.

    After trying the Wall E demo, would you buy such a messy game, with crappy graphics ? So what’s the point ?

    We can resume the problem here :

    - really good games with good graphics, but the computer requirements were extremely high (thinking about crysis)

    - poor games with poor graphics (this incredible ps2 touch on a pc, the joke of a nem millenium).

    If i do understand, the only way to make a game that won’t be pirated, is to make a really bad one ?

    Nah . . . i may be wrong, but i think that the piracy thing about game is a weak excuse from all these who don’t want to make pc games anymore because it’s a long job.

    I’m not interested in a PS2 port - won’t be downloading this one.

    I guess they’re trying to keep the system requirements low so more people can play the game. On the other hand, many people won’t look twice at the game because of its bad graphics. I don’t think it’s the right decision (same with SEGA’s PC games), but what can you do.

    Had to mount the ISO and use securerom emulation on daemon. Freakin reloaded has really sucked as of late. I could do this without the damned crack!

    OK I found a solution.First go to gamecopyworld and fetch the ViTALiTY Fix.It does work better.But not a final fix I’m sure.However you will need to have the game mounted to play.Now to get beyond the lazer slot machine you will need to use the default keyboard “jump” control(Spacebar)to properly stop your reels.And off you go to the next level OK.My suggestion,if you wish to use a controler,do like me and set your controller as secondary and keyboard as primary.Then use your keybord for the lazer machine only. Like I said,I’m sure a better Fix will follow but for now this is the best way I found.

    Best solution as follows:

    First , get the ViTALiTY crack(or keep the Reloaded version)your choice they both work. Then go to gamecopyworld and get the No CD Patch from Desperate. This patch actually includes 2 seperate patches one for ViTALiTY’s Fix And one For Reloaded’s Fix. Read The included NFO and follow details accordingly.

    To sum up the No CD issue, the game’s installer doesn’t install the “Music” and “Video” files on your PC.This is why the mounted disk is required to play. Once you copy over those 2 folders from the dvd to the actual game folder on your pc and apply the Patch…no disk is reqired.Like I said,Get the Patch and read the NFO. Very simple.

    Game Now works Properly as it should.Just follow my instructions and you’re good to go.
