Wall E DVDSCR XviD-ALLiANCE

Here we have a DVDSCR released by ALLiANCE of a movie that has received lots of great reviews and IMDB rating is definitely something to brag about. I haven’t watched it and probably won’t until HD quality will be released, but patience isn’t for everyone so you might give it a go. Quality of this DVDSCR disappointed me because of low res, below par bitrate and bad pink blurring of watermarks. I’ll add samples in a bit so you’ll be able to decide for yourself whether to download or not…


Plot
 After hundreds of lonely years of doing what he was built for, WALL•E (short for Waste Allocation Load Lifter Earth-Class) discovers a new purpose in life (besides collecting knick-knacks) when he meets a sleek search robot named EVE. EVE comes to realize that WALL-E has inadvertently stumbled upon the key to the planet’s future, and races back to space to report her findings to the humans (who have been eagerly awaiting word that it is safe to return home). Meanwhile, WALL-E chases EVE across the galaxy and sets into motion one of the most exciting and imaginative comedy adventures ever brought to the big screen.

    Did they really need to use the pink bars ? They could have just blurred it out without ruining more of the film, virtualdub has a nice filter just for this.

    Let this be a reminder for people…. ONLY CLICK EDITORS SAMPLE LINKS!!!! Or if they dont have them up search the rls on the internet and find a sample that way.

    Anyone who clicked the picture links dont worry, Unless your ISP are d-bags OR you left the window open/reloaded the image.

    Feds will go to imageflux and get logs on who uploaded the sh!t before they worry about someone clicking a link once and then closing the window.

    I agree it would have looked better with a stamp rather than the pink bars but otherwise quality is great. Remember, there’s always a chance that the watermark could identify the source if left there, and we don’t want that, do we?

    all iron man releases are made of german dvd, no retail z1 yet (out september 30 in stores so maybe in 2 weeks for scene pre-release)

    Anyway… Alliance is so annoying with their lame encode, we know there won’t be a DVDR with watermarks left, so they could have tried to remain as much quality as possible with 2CD encode, the scene can be so lame sometimes :/

    no german subs but been replaced with english ( not hardcoded ) when they speak foreign there is no translation so it goes blank on them parts.

    Picture and sound quality are VERY good in this release, no problems there at all. However, the pink bars over the watermarks/timer are very annoying. Why pink and not clear blur??

    no there isnt any german subtitles in that version at all.. you can choose to use the english subtitles or just leave them out.

    Oh my god, I clicked the image links at #8 and opened them both in tabbed browsing before I scrolled down, and now I’m FREAKING THE HELL OUT. #28 is right, right?? People who clicked on the links are okay as long as they didn’t reload???

    BTW, that screenshot comparison is quite funny, clearly shows how bad the STG re-encode is compared to the pukka source when you see how it’s reeally supposed to look on Alliance’s ;)
    This guy changes colors and applys filter without even knowing what it’s really supposed to look like :/

    but i guess STG fans must be in the same category as axxo fans, complete n00bs ready to eat their BS just because their release is the latest (since they’re re-encodes :x )

    I’m agreeing with most of the other posts…PUKKA cam is better due to the bars,however the audio is def. better here. Using audio sync on my Philips theater I’m watching PUKKA rls w/ alliance audio….works for me

    We are all fooked whoever clicked the links, am sorry but you can be done and sent to jail for even a chached thumbnail picture that you had no idea about as it was that small.

    To the person above who mentuioned time to format the harddrive, maybe you were being glib in your advice but that is in actual fact what needs to be done.

    Format your drive with something a buisness would use and not just leave it to Windows.

    Then do a reinstall and that should keep you out of a jail cell with an overweight black man who wants to make you his next wife.

    Use Disk Cleanup for your harddrive to remove temporary internet files, cookies, etc
    Then defrag
    The use system restore to restore your index.dat file to yesterdays or whatever before you clicked on the link to get rid of any thing that could be left on your computer.

    Then you have to go back and create a new system restore point for your system and delete the previous one.

    Don’t think it will be an issue but for those who are exceptionally sensitive about what may be on thier computer this will do the trick.

    There is also a program called Purge that permanently erases your internet tracks. Didn’t use it but its available for around 30.00 bucks …or free if you can find it.
