This Program JUST WORKS, no messing around!

No the quality isn`t as good as Procoder and CCE, but it`s Whole a lot easier to use, i`ve run the whole gamut of programs for encoding avi, etc to DVD including Sonic Scenarist (pretty much the industry standard) and all sorts of others from DVD Architect to Gear Pro and this program gives acceptable quality with excellent ease of use.

…so who cares if some mook thinks it`s a noob program, the point is it works, you can use it without being a tech expert and oh yeah….

    …..IT`S FREE!!!

..or at least it is here!

    @ Bob Dole
I'm using Ulead DVD MovieFactory to burn DVD's. Works like a charm.
But for some reason I couldn't get the keygen to come up with a working serial when I installed the program. So it will expire within a few days.
Do you think this VSO software would be a good alternative?

    @ Bernlef
Yes, I also use this program
I love it because it's fast and it gets the job done.
I've used other converting software, but nothing has beat out VSO. This program is a great alternative.

    I personally like ConvertXtoDVD 2.2.3
I use the same background for all of my DVDs and when I load a movie all I have to do is supply the title of the DVD and the title of the movie. I like to go with the movie title as the DVD title and label the movie "Play".

Uninstall any "cracked" version. Get older in v.3 series WITH BRD keygen. Install it with key produced. Update. No need for thse "cracked" version!

This program is great for converting just about anything and you can get pretty good quality from it by adjusting the settings. It's great for those kids movies and chic flicks. Everything else I normally watch from my thumb drive directly into my PS3 or Xbox.

Basically i wanted to know, ive got the previous version for this but i want to install this one on my computer but i wanted to know if this version contains a feature where to "merge" two video into one for example i have "Dark Knight CD1 and Dark Knight CD2" would i be able to put together or combine these two video files (same type of file .avi) into one video file or 1CD/DVD.

If you want to merge 2 video files from the same source, use AVIDEMUX. Works great

@ big-dev i already have a app to do this but as i prefer convertxtodvd i was wondering if the new version will have this feature or not…….?

    @ Ace

I don't see why that option would be removed since it's so simplistic on ConvertX.

What i do is add both video files and set the options to Play One Title After Another. and make sure to Uncheck the Return To Title Menu After Playing or something like htat…

It should play through the first half and switch to the second just fine.

I just wanna say that I've got difficulties in making a dvd outta simple avi (directly taken from a dv-camcorder)…

After converting for example a 7min Avi-file, I come to find out that in result the output only plays a couple of second of that file..

I used the default settings, and it still doesn't work. I also applied the crack. So I assume I should work properly.

    Can anyone help me out?

    Thanks in advance,

    Red

@ Patches…….I have tried it, it works but there is one error that i encounter that is when the dvd disc is playing the film, the timing of the film is not calculated properly, for example "Dark Knight CD1" = 53.23mins and "Dark Knight CD2" = 43.55mins so it should be around for example 1hr 45mins (should be something like that, example may be wrong but im just guessing just to give you a idea), the converted file would not add these up (calculate it), it would just state the timing for the 1 CD but the film would still carry on playing as normal and would not end after reaching that specific time slot, why is this?
