SP3 for XP is out soon - an RC can be leeched here www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=75ed934c-8423-4386-ad98-36b124a720aa&displaylang=en so my XP will hold until then, DX10 doesnt have anything much to offer from a gamers perspective (i know, it offers a lot of cleaner coding from a dev's perspective). But I think they've gotten their demented child walking atleast, last installation only took 8 tweaks from me and thats damn good compared to the 100s of tweaks for the first installation.
