Also consider that in the uk (where i'm at the moment) but aswell in other eu countryes (where i've been in the past) providers tend to milk the cow for as long as they can offering a service that is lower than their capabilities to than come out with this big news that will cost twice as much and is just a little better than what they were offering to you just 5 minutes ago.
