Ok, we are back online. I have transferred all the posts from our temp site. Now here is my first release of the day. Valkyrie is a 2008 historical thriller film. It is set in Nazi Germany during World War II and depicts the July 20, 1944 plot by German army officers to assassinate Adolf Hitler.

This is already nuked for being oversized and not having proper subs for German speaking scenes. (Proof)

Tom Cruise appears as Colonel Claus von Stauffenberg, one of the key plotters. Bill Nighy, Eddie Izzard, Terence Stamp and Tom Wilkinson also feature. Cruise’s casting caused controversy among German politicians and members of von Stauffenberg’s family because of the actor’s practice of Scientology, which is considered a cult in the country. German newspapers and filmmakers supported the film to spread global awareness of von Stauffenberg’s plot. The filmmakers initially had difficulty setting up filming locations in Germany due to the controversy, but they were later given leeway to film in locations pertaining to the film’s story, such as Berlin’s historic Bendlerblock.

    Gotta laugh at the teenage lifeless gimps always knocking this film for scientology?? this has nothing to do with scientology at all. it is set during ww2. one actor is a scientologist. that is irrelevant. such geeks i swear only encourage me to become a scientologist one day.

    IF you downloaded the earlier cam version which was released last month then this is identical, no improvement what so ever in picture quality,still has the shakey camera work and people walking in front of the camera,sound is probably better but not by much, i wish I'd waited for better quality
    as this was a waste of bandwidth, be warned

    I don't think that Graf Klaus Schenk von Stauffenberg was as noble as people think. The War was already runnin' over years and they just wanted to minimize losses and set up their own administration. Die Weiße Rose, Georg Elser and Rudolf von Gersdorff were the true heroes of WW2.

    I think this movie is false, in a historical sense and it is always easy to make quick money elites doing revolution. I support basti, and i think everybody watching this movie should be very careful not to be indoctrinated with false ideology.
