Rapping legend Snoop Dogg returns with ‘The Big Squeeze’ , a 15 track compilation album set for a retail date of April 24, 2007. Thanks to group ‘CR’ we are able to get it a few days before the street date. Listening to the tracks now, it is a cool compilation with lots of bass.
With 9 albums and over 15 million albums sold worldwide, few rappers in the game can match the track record that Snoop Dogg has. His 2006 Gold-going-on-Platinum album Blue Carpet Treatment, has re-cemented his status as THE premiere rap icon of the West Coast.
On April 24th, Bigg Snoop Dogg continues to bring the heat with The Big Squeeze. This album is the first time that Snoop has taken full command of the production, producing every track under his moniker, Niggaracchi. Fueled by the single “Hat 2 Tha Bacc” feat. I don’t want to bitch but some music other than rap/hip-hop releases would be very much appreciated. Maybe we need another editor for rlslog with interests in other kinds of music (rock, electronica, metal, whatever), just a suggestion. I don’t mind current music news but it’s a bit unbalanced

Nothing wrong with these rap hop albums though. Pretty good stuff.
It’s not really hard to find other releases if you aren’t into Rap. I come here just for things that I don’t think to search for, I normally skim over all the music posts without downloading cause it’s not my thing. But snoop is one of the few…very few rap artists I’ll download without listening to first.
Releases like this are good to see. Very good IMO.

It’s getting pretty old how people blame the music industry for how kids act today. Perhaps, just perhaps, it’s your horrible parenting for why their kids act like $hitheads?
