Actually no one listens to that crap here in Germany. I don’t, no one of my friends does and also my parents don’t. Honestly I don’t know most of the songs. So I think this is music for people older than 60… does anyone of them read this blog? ^^

Despite expressing a slight “d’uh” I took a look because some other Germans could show up here.

It is very outdated…. u can only listen to it if u r totally drunk or older then 60.

It is played @ Bierfest and Oktoberfest because one is drunk there, and its a tradition….. ^^this is mayby the reason, you americans think we like this kind of music…. (where else do you go, except the Oktoberfest and castle Neuschwanstein, when you visit Germany??)
The generation which actually listens to this, is the one you (americans) saved us from….

I dont know one nightclub, were VOlksmusik is played…

So plz rlslog crew, keep on posting english movies… they r the reason, we visit this page. We’ve got our own sources for german music and movies.

people, chill…ain’t outdate at all!!
just go out in germ-land and you will be suprised, the germs posting hear prob. never or r not going out at all. but seriously this is still played regularly in germ nite clubs, bars/pubs and Volksfesten such as Schützenfest or Kirchweih.
Try cologne …!

I hate it though….but what can I do??
