Great graphic novel, too bad they butchered it and made this somewhat OK’ish adaptation.

An excellent movie by the Wachowski brothers.
In my eyes this movie is better than the Matrix trilogy.
The first Matrix movie was very good but the last two movies in the trilogy were a downer to me. Simple plot with a simple ending. This movie doesn’t have many twist in it but a lot references to present day situations in the world but they’ve expanded to a ‘What if’ situation. Also I was glad to see that a lot of the cast is actually English and not American actors trying pass off as English.
Natalie Portman tries hard to be English even though she isn’t schooled in England. And at more than one time I notice it.
Stephen Rea, Stephen Fry, John Hurt, Tim Pigott-Smith, Rupert Graves, Roger Allam, Ben Miles, Sinéad Cusack and many more are all English, or Irish, actors and have a long history of acting for English TV/Movies.
The rambling of a madman, portrayed by Hugo Weaving, is done brilliantly. The atmosphere of ‘We can’t do anything about’ and ‘The people gave us the power’ is done in a very good manner. The helpless feeling the popolous is oozing of the screen when I watch it. This is one of the few movies made in the last decade that’s worthwhile watching and owning it.

@1 If you want action then get a movie that’s mindless because this movie is more about a story than action. The action is only complimentary. As for the propaganda could you please enlighten us with references and well argumented statements. The only propaganda I see in the movie is the one used to build up a story.

Yep this is a superb movie as is Pan’s Labyrinth.
Yeah the snaps are pretty fucked up but the quality is fine.. it’s just that the screen is moving and then it makes a snap but because it’s moving it’s very blurry.
Oh, and sorry about sample 2. Didn’t have much time to make ‘em. Download the video sample if you want proof that it actually is decent quality.

This is 1080p besides the resolution is 1980*800. Aspect ratio is 2.40:1 so black bars are cropped before encoding to x264.

here comes the people saying that this is a deep movie. This is my favourite movie of all time but this is not deep. It is thought provoking but not deep. lets see the responses now
I hate this movie more then it should ever be possible to hate a movie. Its not that its a really bad film. Its entertaining enough to be watchable. What makes it so despicable though is how it took such a truly amazing literary source and sucked out and destroyed ever idea it had. The basic overall plot is the same and everything looks as it should but the beliefs that the graphic novel had are ignored and often even contradicted.
Why are the samples in 1600×666?
Don’t use screens that spoil the movie! The screen tell you the ending of the movie!

And I liked V….it WAS thought provoking.
I’d like to recommend Zeitgeist to anyone who has an open mind…If you are worried about the current state of affairs in the world, take an hour or so of your time and give it a watch. I felt it was very interesting.

in fact, wpi mostly does HD and DVDRiP.. scarcely DSR.. HD being as low as a 350 MB release.. “HD Scene” is a large thing..
