Group iGNiTE released a dvdrip of limited documentary Up The Yangtze. This film tells a story of Chinese family which has to run away from their home because of world’s biggest hydroelectric dam known as Three Gorges Dam. Interesting docu about life of Chinese citizens being stuck between traditions and modern economic miracle. Classic 1 CD quality.

A luxury cruise boat motors up the Yangtze – navigating the mythic waterway known in China simply as “The River.” The Yangtze is about to be transformed by the biggest hydroelectric dam in history. At the river’s edge – a young woman says goodbye to her family as the floodwaters rise towards their small homestead. The Three Gorges Dam – contested symbol of the Chinese economic miracle – provides the epic backdrop for Up the Yangtze, a dramatic feature documentary on life inside modern China.

    @2 & 3, why don’t you lame tools try finding a torrent, that is kind of the whole point of this!

    Do you see any real scene activity around these stupid file mirrors that you dweebs use? Ever thought of why that might be?

    Ponder it for a while and see if you can work it out ;)

    Saw it a couple of months ago, through a torrent (sorry for not being ’scene’, but I recommend it.
    It may not be relevant to your immediate world, but if nothing else, it’s funny to watch the homely country girl make a fashion 180 when she joins the cruise ship employment

    @24 yeah, same with me. Went searching for subs for this movie and couldn’t find any. Even went to download the Bald screener release to see if there was a sub file included that could be used. Nadda. Not sure if their screener had hard subs or not… that would’ve been better than this.

    the DVDSCR does in fact use hard subs, so if you really want to see this, I’d recommend it.
