Untraceable 720p BluRay x264-REFiNED
I don’t think I’ve seen a 720p rip being released on the same day as the DVDRip, but its finally happened! I saw the R5 literally two days ago and I’m pissed off about that as this HD version would look so much better on my 40″ TV, but I’ll just see this as well 
. If you haven’t seen this movie already, I highly recommend you do as the plot is pretty damn good and it doesn’t seem like one of those typical hacker movies where they do things that we just know to be impossible, and the graphic deaths in this one also make it a good watch.
Quality: Too bad the audio is only AC3 448kbps instead of DTS 1509kbps or something, but hell who am I to complain? Video quality is great with a great bitrate of 5748kbps, and as usual, no subs.
A secret service agent, Jennifer Marsh, gets caught in a very personal and deadly cat-and-mouse game with a serial killer who knows that people (being what they are - both curious and drawn to the dark side of things) will log onto an “untraceable” website where he conducts violent and painful murders LIVE on the net. The more people who log on and enter the website, the quicker and more violently the victim dies.

and contrary to the post, the tech stuff is NOT accurate at all.. like having live feeds thats untraceable.

This movie is hilarious :)) That “hacker” dude is doing live video streaming over the internet for like 12 million people!! 12 million people at the same time!! :)) Not even NASA has that internet bandwidth!! :))

@Marceli - what up man? “..it doesn’t seem like one of those typical hacker movies where they do things that we just know to be impossible”?? Did we see the same movie? The movie I saw was supposed to happen January 2008. Which means this year and with today´s technology, what this movie surmises IS impossible.
- A .com site that is untraceable when it has over 20 million. hits + the NSA not wanting to help the FBI (what the hell was that about?)
- Streaming live HD signal broadcast to 20 mill+ people simultaneously from said site.
- All done by a geek from his basement. Come on. You want me to believe this guy could make a server to support such a load? AND, even if he could - he just magically transported his whole equipment from his basement (computers, cameras, servers, harddrives etc etc). to the protagonists basement and set everything up there? What is he broadcasting through, her Wi-Fi? An HD signal to 20+ mill people?
I´m sorry dude, but even for a non-tech-savvy person like me, this film asked me to suspend belief way too much..:(
i liked the movie. worth it to download hd? maybe not, but Diane Lane is still hot for her age, great chest!

This is pure Riaa Mpaa & Government BS movie. Let me list 2 reasons why.
1. everything the psycho hacker does is impossible, but yet he does it with the ease of checking his my space page LOL.
**** This is meant to imply that the bad hackers can both do the crap he is doing and that some could be pychos
2. When the FBI goes to a possible suspects house (who isn’t the killer) they arrest him for having a copied DVD, then latter when talking to the chick agent she says something to the effect of “well he wasn’t the bad guy” to which he replies “but it sure felt good busting him”
**** Don’t kid yourselves people these types of insertions of Anti P2P propaganda are no accident. This is a Mpaa wet dream scenario. SO DONT SUPPORT THIS MOVIE (EVEN BY STEALING IT AND SHOWING TO OTHERS) IT SUCKED ANYWAY.
I know its getting harder to tell what sux & doesn’t since hollywood can’t seem to make a decent picture anymore, but this Gov - MPAA BS ain’t even close to it.
