I saw JCVD in the theater this weekend, and it was amazing. Even if you aren’t a Van Damme fan you HAVE to check it out. He proves that he can be a brilliant actor when he wants to be.

JCVD was very good for a while.. Man.. back in the day I even loved TImecop.. gotta love the splits on the kitchen counter. But then again I am 34 and was in my teens when bloodsport came out.. We didn’t have Jackie Chan, or Jet Lee, or a way to download foreign martial arts movies.. all we had was Van Damn and Beta Max..

@12 That’s the cool JCVD I will always remember. As a Belgian you should be proud. As a Swede the closest equivalent I can think of is Dolph Lundgren and it doesn’t make me very proud.
