Until Death 2007 DVDRip XViD-ESPiSE

Action hero Jean-Claude Van Damme comes back with a new film. He was a very good action hero once upon a time, but at this moment he is really low. He brings out a new B-movie every year and from what I have seen, with Sony Pictures, always the same story. I can remember his old movies were nice actions flicks, even “In Hell” of 2003 was nice to watch, but the last 3 year he went so low. The bad thing is that I’m always curious about his movies and always watch them. This time he has the main role in a drama one!

Jean-Claude Van Damme plays a dirty cop, fighting to capture his ex-partner. His character, Anthony Stowe, is a narcotics lieutenant addicted to heroin, has a bad attitude, and everyone hates him, including his soon-to-be-ex wife. His ex-partner, Gabriel Callaghan (Stephen Rea) is working to become the new leader of the gangsters in local organized crime. Callaghan sends his goons after Anthony, who’s shot in the head and comes very close to death, falling into a coma. Months later, he awakens from the coma with the idea of finishing off his former partner and becoming a better person, and better husband.

What changed for Claude is that he was knocked out in bar brawl a few years back and he’s stock went down after that. I guess we don’t want our action heros to be human.

No, I don’t want my action heroes to be JCvD

Jean-Claude Van Damme has always been a shitty actor. He’s never done anything BUT B movies, maybe he finally realized he could at least TRY to be taken seriously as an actor before he gets too old. Maybe one day he’ll be in a movie worth watching when you’re stoned and drunk at the same time, until then Jean-Claude Van Damme… Until then…

I like the guy but not everybody is cut out to be a leading man
like Arnold, Bruce Willis or T. Cruise. His last straight-to-video flick with Vivian Fox was a decent flick.

He was great in the movie where he was in the foreign legion and they want him back.. that was a pretty good movie, although cheesy.

  16. April 10th, 2007 | 12:56

All these haters i think one should take a good look at one self before making a remark about anothers.so he’s not the best actor so what who cares.he’s making money out of these so called shit movie’s so i think that he’s doing something right.

I like JCvD films, but I haven’t seen any of his flicks since Hard Target. His career has gone the way of Wesley Snipes and Steven Segal, I think.

And BTW, Georges St. Pierre was TKO’d by a has-been fighter, Matt Serra, in UFC 69 (a few nights ago). :p

Muscles from Brussels aka Jean-Claude Van Damme always had better movies then Arnold … only Stallone pownz him with movies like The Specialist , Demolution Man and offcourse Rocky and Rambo

I’ll sure spend some download on this movie , thx Mike

@ckk: “IMDB Rating: 7.7/10 (140 votes)maybe it van damme lucky tunning point”

Yeah, sure… You don’t think the 186 ppl who voted 10/10 on this one was biased… Like connected to the film in some way, or just hardcore JCvD-fans (if they exist)?

    April 15th, 2007 | 13:38

@asdfqwer: Stallone was the best actor, Arnold had the coolest movies & JCvD had the ladies wetting themselves (AND was the best real-life fighter)… Talking about the 80’s to mid 90’s action flicks…
