A little earlier today Vantec posted the prelim fights that were released and now here is the full release thanks to aAF.

UFC 103: Franklin vs. Belfort was a mixed martial arts event held by the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) on September 19, 2009 in Dallas at the American Airlines Center. The event was broadcasted on pay-per-view.

    links are incomplete too. It needs part41.rar and possibly more. I bet even if you did have them they'd be fake, or UFC 102. BOO!
