I watched this game live on TV and all ill say is that im pleased with the result (No offense intended to anyone) :P NOsegmenT with the Champions League Final between Barcelona and Manchester United. Be sure to read the NFO as NOsegmenT have said their feed stuffed up quite a few times during the broadcast so there are many video/audio glitches throughout the release. Enjoy.

Throughout this year, Manchester United and Barcelona have not only been the top teams in England and Spain respectively, but they are also regarded by many as the two best football clubs on the planet.

After completing the Spanish double by winning La Liga and the Copa del Rey, Barcelona have possibly been the best team in the world. But at the same time, Manchester United have won their third straight English Premier League title and are looking to win their second straight UEFA Champions League trophy, making them the first team since AC Milan in 1990 to accomplish that feat. This final has also been billed as the “Dream Final”

    Messi is technically far superior to Ronaldo, Ronaldo's entire game is based on power and pace, you can see that in his goals, its all about running faster and kicking the ball as hard as possible, when he hits 27/28 and starts losing that, then all he has are pointless stepovers. Messi will have a better career overall as technique lasts forever, guys like Del Piero still score great goals week after week long after their legs have gone and Messi is similar, he'll still be great like Zidane was at 35.

    Congrats to Barca, they played their game without worrying of MU and it worked!

    But what happened to MU after Eto'o scored!? It's like some of them stopped caring…
    Anderson was lazy, didn't do anything. Tevez should have been there from the beginning!
    Paul Scholes is really getting old too…
    And Park… OK he works hard, but he just didn't have the skills to play against Barca, i guess South Korean market mattered too much for Manchester's own good in the game -_-

    Ronaldo was awesome though, too bad he didn't manage to score during MU frenzy before Eto'o surprise goal.

    As a neutral, I thought this game was far too one-sided once the first goal went in, so it couldn't be considered a classic final really. In fact, it was such a masterclass, I spent more time wondering why ITV's coverage in the UK kept losing the (supposedly permanent) onscreen clock and score for hugely long periods! Maybe they were just too embarrassed to show it :)

    N losin in a final to that team is nothing to be ashamed of. They did win the treble after all. No1 likes to lose in a final, but losing to a gd footballin side doesn't make it that bitter pill to swallow, losing to Liverpool in a final or Chelsea wud b hard to take as they're not entertainers like utd, barca, arsenal, inter et al

    it wasnt Barca that fukd MankU – it was Ronaldo who lost the game. he spend the whole match being selfish and trying to get himself noticed, and in the end that cost the game because he missed all his chances and failed to pass to other players who could have scored.

    that selfish kid was on a mission to promote himself infront of one of the biggest audiences in the footy calendar.clearly he wants to leave MankU and wanted to be noticed by another big european club.

    Fergie should start him from the bench next season, or even better, stick him in the 2nd team. let team players play in the team instead.

    @48 o plz! u had 5 shots at goal 4 went in, it was a freak result! we played better attackin football than u in that game but we defended appallingly and deservedly lost, but the margin flattered u alot!.
    Liverpool's football comes nowhere near in the entertainments stakes compared to arsenal, barca, utd and inter. Lets face it ur team's got a history of boring football. Where as the man utd philosphy is to play attackin football.

    N yes do send that game, cos then i can watch liverpool's biggest achivement in 3yrs, and laugh my tits off cos it got u nowhere, but we stil won the title. Can i recipricate by sending u our championship winning party at old trafford 2 weeks ago :) . I dont no whether its funny or pathetic when the biggest moment of ur season is beating us 4-1, o well u can cherish that, whilst we cherish our trophy :D . After all u play football to win trophies, do liverpool stil no wot a trophy is? its been that long! lol. Well jus in case u 4got feel free to visit old trafford, where's there's 3 there at the moment, but dont touch, we dnt want any grubby scouse hands on it! lol
