I will get this game only coz players are licensed, so i can play Celtic with real names not like in PES6 where most of the names are non-existant for Celtic players!
What f1sh said is true…. That is why i play and buy fifa because on PES the names are not correct and also they do not have much stadiums, however i thing that the gameplay is much better with PES. Untill they make real names and more stadiums i will stick with fifa.

Although I was told the passing was improved (or corrected) over FIFA 2007 (which looked good but sucked in gameplay).
Simon and F1sh, that´s not a very good reason for not playing PES, because it is really easy to patch it and get even more correct player stats and team names than i FIFA!

im liking the MANAGER MODE in this fifa is really a great improvement they are workin great on menus, management, footage,etc.., still PES is in the lead cause it was a more realistic approach and every play doesnt feel the same like the players were robots cause in fifa we see a lot of equal ways of scoring and the shots from out of the box are pretty much the same every time

played pes since pes3… always liked it over and above fifa, but recently i switched to fifa2007. the reason is that even patched, pes programmers could have done a better job making you feel like you were playing a real season in single player mode. all you have is an americanised “master league” (i hate that name) and even patched there are only so many teams and so many leagues… no chance of playing division two and making it up to premier league… fuck the fact that fifa is predetermined – playing pes for more than 5 years you figure out pretty soon that it too is predetermined (albeit less obviously)… so since pes6 came out and since those japanese cocksuckers couldn’t do any improvement over pes5, i decided to switch… if they don’t have the license you’d think they’d make the game more deep to compensate for this – to make it interesting to expand the number of teams and leagues… when i saw that pes6 still called ex serbia&montenegro by the same name i figured out the easports guys are far more serious… fifa is still second best in terms of gameplay but fuck it… it wins as a better overall package.
and fuck your ac milan’s and barcelona’s… find yourselves a real team to support – GO NEWCASTLE!!!

UEFA Champions League 2006-2007 uses the same graphic engine as FIFA 07, so its pretty much the same game… just different layouts.

It’s pathetic that people prefer this crap over PES because of the licenses. Usually within 12 hours after every PES release there are altered optionfiles available for download for all platforms with all the correct names.
And then the people who actually ADMIT that PES has better gameplay but still play FIFA for the graphics, stadiums or whatever… how idiotic is that? Gameplay should always be prioriy #1!

First and foremost I have played fifa since 96 and even PES when it was known as ISS and in my opinion each year EA try and make FIFA more and more a PES clone and this ruins the game.

try this one, this is the one I use and it works.
best way to do it is to use daemon tools and mount the iso, install it and then replace orginal game exe with the crack, leave iso mounted in daemon as it’s not a fixed exe/no cd crack.
TO EXTRACT THEM: use Winrar, there are two ways:

When the next menu open check and make sure that “Extract and replace files” under Update Mode has been checked.
