lx2 is right. There are something like 200k hits on this site a day, not everyone posts comments, so who are you to say that these releases shouldnt be posted. I mean, wow, the site is a “release log” in the end of the day, and to be honest there is probably a whole batch of people who do download this stuff.
Its not like there are any releases out at the moment which we are missing out on anyway, and even when a good release does appear, its not like the staff here miss it do they?

I personally have no problem with softcore, hardcore, etc. its a personal choice as to what WE pay attention to. If you want to post about it, fine, it IS why we are here to begin with. Scene releases right? I am glad that you will no longer being doing these in particular, not for content or anything but just because they detract from the site. Im sure they are high quality releases and popular and about the scene, but do we really need to know about them? couldnt we just find them ourselves? You guys provide the newest popular releases that are usually very high quality, and this just seems like a waste of otherwise quality space. I thank you for having this site, tis a godsend and my homepage, and I hope you guys keep up the great work.

Couldn’t agree more with Mr X and others, simply if you don’t like what gets posted use another site. The way I see it, if there’s a TV show you enjoy then you should know when it’s on, when to expect it and where to get it.
The best thing about release log for me is definitely movies and games as they quite often pop up when you least expect and release log are quick to post that they’re available, along with the quality and nuke status.

I was under the impression that on multiple occasions Martin himself has stated that this site is for posting all scene releases, regardless of popularity or general public opinion of the material. This is my preferred scene release site because of that fact alone. I agree that the nudity in sample pics should be kept to a “click here to see sample” basis but the material itself should definitely be posted because it is released by the scene and reporting on scene releases is what this site is all about. If any censorship at all has to take place then it should be nothing more than having the post placed directly in the TV section rather than displaying on the main page.

I was the first person that objected to MrX’s softcore yesterday. And im glad it got people talking. I never knocked mrX, he has done a fantastic job with every review. My point was, keep the site going strong. How many of us would have become regular reader if we had to skip through 3 reviews of porn to find good quality reviews of releases?
Most come here because RLSlog is a place we can hit real quick to see what new quality major label and independent releases are out there. Its what they do best. it keeps the site viable and relevant, and something that most of us check multiple times daily.
There is no need to review any kind of ppv porn, (or 2 hours of nudity). It wasn’t censorship that brought this up, its common sense. When was the last time anyone NEEDED or WANTED a review of porn? It is all the same. Begins the same, ends the same, and because of its relative quantity, almost never needs a quality review. Porn is the easiest thing to find online, who needs a review of it?
This was always about keeping RLSlog a quality resource, not censorship in any way. With POrn reviews listed with no age verification barrier, it just makes it easier for RLS to get shut down. I hope you all understand.
