Update: Two.and.a.Half.Men.S06E15.Id.Like.to.Start.With.the.Cat.PROPER.HDTV.XviD-FQM (Torrent)

Proper notes: More segmenting failure. 0TV still hasnt figured out how to use the same XviD settings on both of the PCs they encode on, so their shit has earthquake syndrome again. Jerky playback on some decoders from 12:04-end due to mixed packed/unpacked bitstream.
