    Most times I downloaded an exe, it ended up having a trojan inside (last time it happened was with last episode of True Blood). So no thank you, let people download winrar if they don't have it.

    Anyway, if you happen to download an exe, you can at least try to extract it using right click and then "Extract with winrar". If it is a zip or rar file it will get extracted without executing the file.
