Tropic Thunder TS XVID-PreVail

PreVail group released TS copy of “Tropic Thunder”, comedy with well know comedians such as Jack Black, Ben Stiller, Robert Downey Jr. and others. Nice and watchable quality - check out the sample.

Plot: In the action-comedy “Tropic Thunder,” Ben Stiller plays pampered action superstar Tugg Speedman, who is cast in the biggest, most expensive war movie ever produced. He sets out to Southeast Asia with a “Who’s Who” of celebrity co-stars. They include Kirk Lazarus (Robert Downey Jr.), an intense, three-time Oscar-winning actor; Jeff Portnoy (Jack Black), star of the popular gross-out comedy franchise “The Fatties”; multi-platinum hiphop-star-turned-entrepreneur-turned-actor Alpa Chino (Brandon T. Jackson); and first-timer Kevin Sandusky (Jay Baruchel). Soon after the production begins the actors are thrown into a real-life situation and are forced to become the fighting unit they’re portraying, in order to find a way out of the jungle in one piece.

    Audio sounds like it was taped using a scanner or something. Breaks up/feeds back a LOT in the first 15min.

    When it’s on this copy is watchable - definitely not great but watchable.

    However don’t let the sample mislead you there’s some long patches of really horrible audio….

    Either way props to Prevail for getting something out…

    The sample looks like a really good cam version, and the audio doesn’t sound like cam audio. Which would make it a TS. A TS is a cam with line audio. And the audio is definately from an outside source. The only weird thing is that it does have a hiss sound, but that doesn’t mean it’s a cam audio. I think it wasn’t coded well.

    Is it just my PC?? The first few minutes [about 10, I think] has a terrible hiss and the audio goes out of sync a bit during the movie.

    There’s a lot of static and weirdness in the audio…. Pictures not the worst I’ve seen..     I saw this in the theatre last night, it is missing the opening trailers, and the audio sucks in the beginning. This should be nuked. 7/6/8 (Movie is funny as hell)

    By the way…the Trailers are important, it introduces all the actors and there backgrounds
