hi guys,

i downloaded trend internet security pro 2009
i even added a working key
but software is not being activated. I get this msg …
"Trend Micro Internet Security now protects you, but has not yet been activated for the following reason:

Unable to process your request due to an unstable Internet connection. Please try again in a few minutes. (Error Code: 0×90000000)"

I cannot get to the screen where i can put in an email ??? plz help.

I have try 700 up key…
I have discovered 200 key valid. One of this valid until 2010.

This key is good for Trend Micro internet security Pro 2009 until 3 January 2009 (sadly not more than that) i’m working on getting more keys sorted, this key does not require any email address, follow the GOOD (modified a bit) instructions of coolaj below to install this new key

Instructions:
Download Trend Micro Internet Security Pro 2008 Trial Version. Then use the keygen.
When activating, if serial does not work, use a new serial generated using the keygen by using the following steps:
1. Exit Trend Micro.
2. Go to Start Menu > Run and run regedit.exe
3. In HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, go to SOFTWARE, TrendMicro, PC-cillin, and double-click the registry named ‘SerialNumber’.
4. Create a new serial and paste it here or just delete it and paste nothing.
5. Start TrendMicro and try to activate again, if no key has been installed in previous step, now it will ask you to enter the key.
6. Repeat if necessary.

Your Trend Micro Internet Security serial number cannot support the Pro version. Please install Trend Micro Internet Security instead. (Error Code: 0×90000054)

This is what i got today during my fresh install of Trend Micro Internet Security Pro 2008 v16.0.1449 Incl. Keymaker-CORE.

this most be a fresh move from the company protecting itself. i guess we’ll have to find out a workaround.
anybody with it may be so kind to put it here maybe
