Plot: Transsiberian an uncommonly absorbing experience. One of those legendary train trips that people used to dream about taking, the Transsiberian Express has probably seen better days. An American couple, Roy (Woody Harrelson) and Jessie (Emily Mortimer), decide to return home the long way from their recent sojourn in Pekin and meet another couple from the West, Carlos (Eduardo Noriega) and Abby (Kate Mara), with whom they quickly form that tenuous bond that often unites fellow travellers away from home.

It’ss watchable; no need to wait for R5 since this is as good as it gets.. if you don’t mind a few warnings for a few seconds. The story in the movie is good too.

bad.ivtc, no.ivtc – quite a common nuke reason which affects mostly lower-quality releases. IVTC means “inverse telecine” and it’s basically a process of converting a movie (usually PAL) with high FPS (30 frames per second) to lower FPS (for example 24) in order to save space and offer better image quality. This conversion often goes wrong (bad.ivtc) or completely lacks (no.ivtc, lazy sceners)). As a result, the image appears to be jerky and the final release uses too much space for no reason.

Theres big ass text writing every ten minutes or so and it the description says no water marks. obviously they don’t watch the movies they post. I downloaded this movie 2 days ago. Rlslog is behind on things. Check IRfree.com there on top of things faster than rlslog

Yup, ruined the film for me. Watermarks across the bottom, or an occasional B&W are OK, but this one was horrible!
Please view at least SOME of the actual film, and not just the sample, before writing up a description please.

btw PAL is 25fps not 30, NTSC is 29.7 so Telecene is the conversion one PAL > NTSC. Inverse Telecene is the other way around. Having no telecene is really no big deal these days. Not everyone lives in America :p

movies, 23.9fps, are stored on dvd at 29.9fps since ntsc tvs only dealt with that frequency back then. inverse telecine is putting back the 29.9fps from dvd back to proper 23.9fps
