What would the scene do without Russia? Thanks to this country, group NEPTUNE released another fine R5 rip of a 2007 thriller “Trade” on 2 CDs with awesome 6 channel AC3 sound. Although limited, Trade managed to get a fairly high numbers in reviews from both fans and critics, as well as 2 awards at Munich Film Festival. Starring Kevin Kline in the main role, this is a story of kidnapped girl taking place in Mexico city.

Adriana (Paulina Gaitan) is a 13-year-old girl from Mexico City whose kidnapping by sex traffickers sets in motion a desperate mission by her 17-year-old brother, Jorge (Cesar Ramos), to save her. Trapped and terrified by an underground network of international thugs who earn millions exploiting their human cargo, Adriana’s only friend and protector throughout her ordeal is Veronica (Alicja Bachleda), a young Polish woman tricked into the trade by the same criminal gang. As Jorge dodges immigration officers and incredible obstacles to track the girls’ abductors, he meets Ray (Kevin Kline), a Texas cop whose own family loss to sex trafficking leads him to become an ally in the boy’s quest. Fighting with courage and hard-tested faith, the characters of Trade negotiate their way through the unspeakable terrain of the sex trade “tunnels” between Mexico and the United States.

    @35 Mr. Addict … asdf was just being facetious when he said “it’s in American then? It was fairly obvious he was making an attempt to be humorous refering to Gav616 who asked if it was in Mexican… At least it was obvious to most of us… I’m not sure why some people are so quick to rip on people here … The kids did a good job acting in this movie but the guy who plays the cop was not very convincing… the plot had some serious holes as well… audio/video quality was excellent though !!! keep up the good work RLSLOG :)

    @38 audio/video quality was excellent Neptune :) my Onkyo 7.1 loves Neptune and Diamond also… goodwork rlslog for this site… Oh, and kevin klines acting did picked up a little toward the end… the 6 channel audio was a real nice treat…

    To answer the real question about this torrent…

    Since all you people just started flame wars between each other about proper verbage and someone accidently using the words “american” and “mexican” in reference to language and not understanding that this is a worlwide website and there are language barriers here in between visitors… You guys never took the time to download this torrent like I did and instead chose a immature way out by flaming each other instead of answering the real question about this torrent… Is it Spanish or is it English?

    This is originally an English movie released sparingly in the USA with subtitles for the SPanish speaking parts…

    Sadly this torrent does not include the English subtitles for the Spanish speaking parts… which is a lot of the movie (first 40 minutes are 100% Spanish. After the first 40 minutes it gets better… However, subtitles are needed.

    Can’t wait for a repack of this torrent with English subtitles – Cause this movie is amazing to watch without the subtitles…

    Until then – Grow up and don’t flame each other over language barriers.

    Since its been brought up… I like the fact that “Mexican” is thought of as a language. It reminds us that there are a billion different nations south of Texas; each with its own unique culture and history – not just one big ex-Spanish/Portuguese colony. And that goes for “American” too. They don’t speak English in Tennesee; nor do they speak it in most parts of the UK.

    Wasn’t that a nice – albeit ignorant – thing I said? I feel like Elmo.

    Now then… WHERE THE HELL ARE THE ENGLISH SUBTITLES??? I think it’s great that people the world over are into torrents, and that Russians are coming out with excellent quality releases about the human slave-trade(?), but it says “Eng” on the file. IT IS NOT ENG. WHERE IS THE ENG?

    Chris, just put the subtitle file in the same folder as the .avi file ie. nep-trade-r5-cd1.srt with nep-trade-r5-cd1.avi and nep-trade-r5-cd2.srt with nep-trade-r5-cd1.avi. Then just enable subtitles on your chosen player. I would recommend BSPlayer or VLC Media Player. If you want to play on standalone player just burn the .srt files with the .avi files.
    Hope this helps
