Torrente 3 The Protector-RELOADED

Reloaded brings us another new game, which is called Torrent 3: The Protector (no relation to torents). This game was released after the same titled movie, which was introduced in Spanish cinemas almost 2 years ago. And because it’s a criminal comedy, you can expect the similar genre from this game too. GTA would be probably the most similar game, with one difference: this is really bad attempt which will disappear from your drive really quickly…

Torrente is a fascist, sexist, racist, drunk, and dirty cop who soon finds himself caught in the crossfire between drug cartels and the Mafia. Now he must blast his way through street thugs and hit men battling for control over Madrid’s seedy underworld.

Torrente is a former cop, dismissed from the force due to his questionable involvement in a sordid case. Now he scrapes out a living as a private dick with the objective of some day being reinstated in the glorious police force from which he believes he was wrongly dismissed. In missions ranging from Madrid to Marbella, Torrente must complete a variety of tasks such as escorting an important client, deactivating bombs, and protecting beauty queens, generally with chaotic and bloody results.

An action game based on the harrowing action film sequel. Star Santiago Segura acts the lead role in the videogame as well for this first- and third-person action adventure set in Spain. One of the game’s claims to fame is its accurate modeling in 3D of the streets of Madrid.

This is a famous movie trilogy in Spain, Torrente. He is a cop fighting against crime, but is racist, brothel, stupid, crappy…etc

The first movie is so good, the other two are crap. The game is only following the success of the movie (game made in 2 weeks, by 5 guys…)

    Sorry about my english…

Wow…the game is only 600MB? Sounds like a wal-mart 10 dollar shelf game to me, and looks like one too.

So, why did reloaded come out with this crap?

I prefer their Virtua Tennis 3 release. About a year ago, i was loving the game releases by my fav grups, Reloaded, Razor1911 and hoodlum.

Now there are a lot of new groups on the scene releasing the latest games, so i suppose its harder for Reloaded and Razor1911 to get the new releases, as for hoodlum…they got busted i think.
