Top capacity: A-Data 12GB Mini Cube

The process of minimalizing almost everything is trully awesome – a great example is a new product from company A-Data called simply Mini Cube. This is a 1 inch pocket hard drive with unbelievable capacity of 12 GB. The size is really cool, it’s way smaller than it looks on the picture, the longest side doesn’t have even 5 cm! With built-in USB connector which can be easily resolved in 180 degree angle, you will never have any problems transferring your favourite games, movies or another data. And the price isn’t also that high, about $120…

    It’s not a hard drive. It’s more like a pen drive, and it’s price is great.

    @cockrobinson

    It’s “amazing” because average USB keys and other REAL portable harddrives typically hold a couple of megabytes (128, 256, 512). It gets pricey and bulkier when it exceeds 1 Gig. 12 Gigabytes for only $120 is really cheap for a USB key. And when I say “REAL” portable harddrive, I mean it doesn’t include any software/bs installation. Just pop it in and click and drag.

    @John Kerry

    $120 is a very good price for a 12 gig usb key.

    Amazon.com prices for similar USB keys:
    Sandisk 2Gig Cruzer = $73
    Sandisk 1Gig = $39.99
    PNY 1 Gig = 29.99
    Archos ARCDrive 4 Gig = 139.99
