So today RELOADED proves they still reign the game-iso-scene like hardcore. 2 in a row they present u Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Vegas 2, by Ubisoft. Like yesterday i dont think this game really needs an introduction. just leech ;) btw. ovah, u owahdowzahd me with help , (L).

    This game was built for multiplayer so the single player is pretty disappointing, compared to the original, this isn’t much of an improvement at all. Almost an expansion rather than a sequel.

    1. will this run on my core 2 duo @ 2.33 Ghz with a X1600 with 256 mb

    2. is it really necessary to burn the game or is mounting sufficent ? as if burning is needed i would need to buy a dl dvd

    Usually mounting to install then a mini image or no-cd crack.

    Does this have 1440×900 widescreen resolution? I bought Vegas 1 when it came out at full price and its never had my resolution, if this has it i’ll download it and never pay for it so it makes up for money lost on the last game.

    Montreal Ubi is crap, I agree. R6 is somewhat fun, but full of downright cheesy aspects, like the dialog, like the SP kits. The inability to customize the ridiculous kits of your 3 teammates.     No this is worse than the first in almost all aspects, single player(not that the first was great), multi, terrorist hunt was a joke. UBI pumping out a game quick and cheap to make a buck. Like said before, why vegas2? Because it was cheap and quick.

    It might just be my relatively bad computer but, I can’t hear enemies or my team mates gunshots, or their yells. I can see them shooting and after playing the first Vegas I know that the team talks back alot but in this release they don’t. This could possibly have something to do with the torrent being 1gb smaller than what it says on the lable, but who knows. Hopefully they’ll release a new version and/or release the missing soundfiles as a seperate torrent.

    Other than that, this game works great! having a blast so far, even with these weakpoints.

    What has happened to the torrent community? It’s filled with a bunch of C*nts that don’t want to share anymore.

    I get crap speeds because everybody limits their uploads to nothing nowadays. About to abandon the torrent because my ratio is 8:1 and every little torrent loser is only trying to leech.

    Guess it’s time to go back to private trackers again. Never had this problem on Elite Torrents (RIP), and don’t have it with Torrent Leech.

    Bunch of punk ass wannabee leechers!!!!

    Let’s assume everybody on the tracker has the WORST POSSIBLE DSL package. 512 down/64 up.

    Given a 20% overhead for ppoe and bittorent protocol, that gives an upload speed of 4KB/s. That means that EVERYBODY should be able to download at 4KB/s. Why am I downloading at .5? This is of course using the ridiculous minimum of 64k avg. Most (including myself) have 800 for DSL and 384 for cable. So why the .5 download for me?

    Don’t need to hear any BS excuses about bandwidth usage. People are simply greedy pigs when it comes to P2P today. Go back 3-5 years ago and this wasn’t the case. Therefore, I ask what has changed?

    PS. – I of course don’t hold you responsible for this. You’re only one person with bad bandwidth….

    Tibu, when you go into the extra, options, video, you will see aspect screen ratio below the window resolutions, set both the aspect and resolution. If your resolution still doesnt appear make sure you have your graphics card drivers installed and DirectX9c.

    Colt, the crack is included in the ISO, once mounted right click the virtual drive its mounted to, choose Explore, go in

    Crack

    folder and then copy and replace that exe with the exe thats in the

    \Ubisoft\Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Vegas 2\Binaries

    folder.

    i have a strange problem, i started the single player and when the first words appear on screen i see just blocks rather than seeing letters, then when i press esc and i go to the pause menu I have the same glitch, i can’t read anything because all the words are just “grey blocks”. I never saw a glitch so strange. any idea on how to fix this?

    I don’t know if it’a a problem only for me: I started the campaign, finished the first mission, but I am stuck in the beginning of the second one. The introduction starts (Eli), when to begin the mission I have to get off from the Heli, I am stuck cause the game says the rope is busy! … Any clue ?

    I used the Usenet link. I even got a 3 day trial account just to download this game. Game plays great, looks great and runs great. THANK YOU! I think I will buy this game anyway becuase they actually put the features I thought were missing from the last one into the game. Gotta reward devs who listen but I’m grateful to the community for giving me a chance to test this before I dropped my hard earned recession income on it :D

    I’m also having this problem. I’m not sure exactly what it is, my computer meets all of the basic requirements and i’m using the crack located in the ISO’s folder. I used usenet to download this game and i can’t play it!

    Could anyone please assist those of us who have this problem? There are at least 3 or four of us running into this issue.

    @ 187 try to mount the ımage fıle ın another virtual cd software i recommend power iso or alcohol 120 they wıll most probably accept that format daemon tools sometimes does not recognize ımage fıles.

    I was using PowerISO v3.5. When I mounted the image I got the error “The file format is invalid or unsupported”

    Now, I tried MagicISO and the image mounts without any problems.

    I have fixed the problem. The crack that I originally got was from the iso from the newzleech website. I got the one off megashares and it works. Here is the link to the crack that came with the megashares iso:

    Downloaded from links @ 134.
    Installed fine, no viruses as some idiots on here keep claiming.
    Punkbuster installs itself though , no option to not install it.

    Game itself runs fine, graphics nearly identical to R6 Vegas 1 except 2 MAJOR differences.
    1. AA is an option in settings (and it works a treat)
    2. Not so much of the HDR bloom effect is used, so textures aren’t as blurry as R6 Vegas 1.

    Gameplay the same (no bad thing), some nice extras – such as terrorist hunts with the squad, looks easier to set up coop games and there is more but i’ve not looked to deeply yet.

    On the whole more of the same R6 but fine tuned a little bit IMHO

    I wish they would release some new Rainbows, but in the original style. Vegas 1 and 2 are just simple shooters. I really miss all these old games that required at least a little bit of thinking.

    Anyway the release itself works flawless. I haven’t tried running multiplayer yet, although i assume it s protected somehow (i hope i’m wrong). SP starts of fun but it bored me too death after the second act. It’s too repetetive IMHO, just look under the door, tag the badies, press v, shoot, run, get to cover, fire, look under the door ad nauseam.

    when i’ve burn the iso….after that i mount it..but the setup didn’t want to start !! even manually from mounted image..just black windowed screen and that’s it…anybody knows what to do ?? cheers

    After I install the game and the crack, I go to the executable to play. Right when it tries to open it crashes with an error.
    It does this before and after applying the crack. Anyone else experiencing this problem? Or better yet have a fix..?

    All my system specs meet the minimum req, I am running Vista though.. ftl. Please help.

    One of the torrents for this out of this thread had a setup.exe which was a crazy trojan that took over my HD. Had to buy a new HD; couldn’t even cold boot on it.

    These are the original RARs from Reloaded but since the original file names ( rld-r6v2.r**) will be soon blacklisted on RS and the files with those names will be deleted,I renamed all of the files to prevent such thing!To rename the files,you can either use this bat file if you trust me(:D):

    This game got some major problems, I tried the “story” but the game stuck up and then I got a blue screen after 5 mins and the computer rebooted, and the FPS in the game is horrible, any fix up?
