There was a PAL release of this game by group DNL about a week or so ago, now heres the USA version released by x360inT for anyone that had trouble playing PAL version, enjoy.

In 2011, the United States and the European Union sign the historic SLAMS (Space-Land-Air Missile Shield) Treaty, agreeing to co-develop technologies for a comprehensive, interlocking anti-ballistic missile system.
