Well, seems I’ve become addicted to making posts here at rlslog, so even now before I go to bed on my HOLIDAY, I’ll be making a post, but only because this is such a special film. Holy shit has it been a day for film! I leave for 24 hours and some of the most anticipated films appear in great quality. I’ll be watching Dan in Real Life soon 
. There will be Blood is the Oscar nominated film which has been praised all over the world by critics (8.8 on IMDB with over 28,000 ratings and #23 on the top 250 list is simply incredible). Enjoy!
EDIT: Small update here… I’m sorry to spoil the “There Will Be Blood” festival, but the release has been nuked. The reason: cd2.oos.no.sound.after.29mins. Hopefully we can expect a PROPER soon, because this nuke pretty much renders the release unwatchable. Stay tuned for news.
Quality: The quality looks absolutely superb for a DVD screener. The video quality looks great and the audio quality sounds great as well. As far as I can see so far there are no black and white scenes or watermarks and nothing is mentioned in the NFO, so this is an awesome rls! THANKS mVs!

I just saw this Tuesday at the theatre, and have been thinking about it non-stop. Filmmaking at it’s finest. All I have been saying is, “Damn, I want to see that again!” I’ll watch this a bunch of times this weekend before the Oscars. Best of luck to DDL on Sunday. This will be nuked soon. The second CD has no audio for more than half the time, and what little audio there is, isn’t in sync with the video.
Looks like this release group was rushing just to say that had it first, but they didn’t pay attention to what they were doing.

People have been doing this for like 10 years now, I have seen rips of HD-DVD’s that never have as much trouble as there seems to be with the old, standard DVD’s.

Is there any good downloads for National Treasure 2?
If someone watch this movie without reading the reviews, will gonna fall asleep in max. 30-40 minutes. What keeps you awake are those reviews and faked ratings.
IMDB, RT and some newspapers/magazines are the way to make the masses pay for ticket to watch this.

I got the single rar file (twbb.rar) earlier from The Pirate Bay that had the movie split into 3 separate .avi files and it was perfect. Joined them, ran it through Covert X to DVD, and it works like a charm – no b/w scenes, no watermarks, and clear, crisp audio all the way through. Get this one if you can find it or wait for a proper.
So is that 3 parter DVDScr I was talking about before have the audio?

I am tired also of hearing the comparison between rapidshare and adrive, or yastorage. Yes I have paid for rapidshare, and used adrive or other free services. Why would you possibly want to use a free service like adrive when you can pay onlu 10 dollars a month for rapidshare. Plus you only get to click one link once instead of inputting in 15 links to get a film, or better yet those lucky days where I get to input 50 links for a game. F*c% yastorage and adrive. Rapidshare is the way to go. By the way I also like to give away money to strangers when I do not need to as long as it is only 10 bucks, because $10.00 is always better then free.
Mentioning that H.W. is an orphan is a major spoiler of the movie. We’re not supposed to find that out until the end of the movie (which also happens to be one of the best parts). If you haven’t watched the movie you’re posting yet, it would be nice if you could go with a less specific description or ask someone who’s seen it to provide one.

Not everyone can access torrents. A major example of that would be students living in the dorms – which is probably a very large amount of Rlslog visitors. On top of that, not everyone is in charge of their computer’s router or knows how to set their computer up properly for torrents.

They show that HW is someone elses kid in the first ten minutes of the movie. It’s not a spoiler. In fact it’s one of the things that makes Daniel so despicable; that he’s using someone else’s kid to promote himself as a “family man”.
Anyway, there’s a lot more going on here than just CD2 being OOS. After 52 minutes ther’s a weird “jump”, it goes black then comes back in with audio from a completely different part of the film. It’s like many minutes of audio got lost there, and that’s why CD2 has no audio after a while.

Yeah, so I really don’t think this movie is great at all. Sure, the acting’s fantastic, as is the style, but there very little that ever happens in the plot. If you like movies for their sheer awe as an artform, then you’ll probably love the movie, but if you like something with a good story and a feeling of purpose, you will be left wanting a lot more.

Because RS is much faster (at least for me) – with torrents you have to sit and wait like forever till someone is seeding, I see some people who download from torrents that they download with 40kb or so, really I download from RS with around 900-930kb – sorry but I dont have the time and patience for torrents
(SORT OF SPOILER ALERT) actually they don’t reveal that H.W. isn’t Daniel’s son until the end. The way H.W. is introduced is quite ambiguous. I am of the belief that H.W. was actually Daniel’s son, Daniel choosing to say otherwise was simply in his nature of competition. Pay close attention to the flashback of them right before the mishap with H.W. and the first Derrick in the later stage of the film. Just my opinion.

I hardly ever use torrents, its way to slow. Even on all the private trackers I have access to. Since Demonoid went down, it seems like there is only lame mainstream sh’t found on torrents. I get up to 8000 kB/s from Usenet, since I am on a 100Mb/s line. I use some FTP servers I have access to and Usenet. (via FTP i go max speed)
I get max 4-700 kB/s via torrents, and it is just a pain for my routers…
I like this site, since I can get all of the stuff posted here in a few minutes. I normaly go for full DVD’s and HD mkv’s.
To bad this release was fubard, I guess it’s going to be late march before a dvdrip. Picture on this release was hardly any better than the TC. Not on a large LCD anyway.

ok, some releases are big enough that they make it to torrents or usenet or if they are THAT BIG, rapidshare if your lucky enough, for MOST releases, they are so small that they stay only within the scene, so you cant get hold of them. either join the scene, or just cry, you wont be able to get hold of the weirder more obscure releases.

We understand that you are on holiday but really it isn’t a good excuse to post such a screwed release. I understand you don’t have access to everything you would have. Because the scene groups are in a race to see who can post the release first. If they take to watch it after ripping it, that could slow them down by over two hours and cause them to lose the race.

If you have rapidshare premium you don’t have to click all the individual links. You use “rapidshare manager” and then all you do is copy and paste the links into it. You just enter your rapidshare login name and password to the program, and it will use your premium account to download. It will download the individual files at the same time so it’s much faster.

At a glance it looks like the video may have been coded with the sound way off, and then the movie was cut in half. The reason part 2 is short is because the beggining of part 2 is actually on the end of disk one. Does anyone want to give advice on the best way to fix this. Maybe put the video back together, and then change the audio timing in some way.

I think part 2 is slightly out of sync, but it’s not enough to be a problem for most ppl. The Valley of Elah was more oos and that wasn’t a problem for most ppl here. In fact many argued it was perfect lol. The average speed on the dl was about 50 kbs.

diamond only releases official dvdrips. thats why almost all of his releases are perfect. The other scene groups just quickly encode the dvdscr’s that they get as fast as possible and try to get it on the scene early. Diamond will probably release this but in a few weeks when it is about to actually hit the stores.
But I would really like to see this before the Oscar ceremony, so if someone could post RS links for the version that primo and others have mentioned, I’d be most grateful.

Thanks to Links for the PLUBE version of this great movie.
I had a few problems playing it at first which I think was due to the tightly compressed VBR audio but a quick run through VDub to convert to CBR has sorted it all out.
As stated in posts above this is complete (158mins / 2hr 38), video is good, audio is perfect and there are no sync issues.
I am currently in the process of reencoding this to DVDR as it’s one worth watching on the standalone.

The Plube version is great and it saves waiting for the scenes to get their asses into gear.There’s too many rushed versions being released these days. Don’t get me wrong im grateful for their work its just this competition to get it out first thats causing all these mistakes and rushed versions + iI think the scene rules may need to be revised and not so many silly nukes for things like having “LIMITED” in the release title when it should have “STV” Its just being picky for the sake of it.
