Two BluRay rips brought to us today by two well known groups SiNNERS and SEPTiC. Thought i would do these two movies in just a small post as not many people seemed to like both movies too much, the first is The X-Files: I Want To Believe brought to us by SiNNERS and the second is Babylon A.D UNRATED version by SEPTiC.

    Actually Babylon AD may have stood a chance if not for the massive cut it got before it was released. We're missing a large portion of the movie and while not a great film it may be better than we'll know for a long time… just waiting for a directors cut myself.

    Slysoft released a new version of AnyDVD (HD) yesterday that gets rid of newer BD+ protection that Fox had just started to use hence the X Files rips today.

    We should see some more rips to follow (yes I know some are already out)…

    Dodgeball (US)
    Home Alone (US)
    Man on Wire (UK)
    Predator 2 (UK)
    French Connection II (FR)

    I think I'll grab Man on Wire and Home Alone out of those.

    Have you seen Man On Wire? That's a good film, but definitely doesn't benefit from Blu Ray. It's mostly black and white with a lot of old LQ footage. I'd just grab the DVDRip and save some bandwidth.

    No I've not seen Man on Wire yet. I had considered watching the DVDRip for the same reasons you state but I didn't expect the majority of the film to be old ass b&w footage pulled from the vaults.

    Anyways I'm used to waiting for 720p rips. I'm only tempted by the really early DVD screeners like we're getting now. I'm on 20mb connection and a 4.37gb rip only takes 35 mins to download so bandwith isn't really an issue.
